this was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Hall carpets were littered with dirt. curtains broken, linens missing and in the first room they gave me, urine in the toilet. in the second room I was given after I complained, there were no pillow cases on the pillows and towels had to be delivered because none were available. when I pointed out the carpets I was told the guy who vacuumed was out sick and he was the only one who knew how to vacuums. no rooms in this place have windows that open and so there is only the a/c and a strong smell of the indoor pool. when I complained I was told I was welcome to check out but no refund because I had been in the room. I often stay in Motel 6 and had hoped to upgrade which wouldn't have taken much but this is definitely not an upgrade. they claimed to have breakfast. there was a juice machine and a coffee machine, chemically flavored small muffins and some bread and Jeff peanut butter. I will NEVER stay in a Redtop hotel again. I liked nothing and everything could have been better.

Pros:Nothing. I can see now why it still had availability when everything else was sold out.
Cons:Everything. The room was dirty and moldy, the staff was uncomfortable a rude, the location was worrisome. I legitimately considered checking out and sleeping in my car.

Pros:We really enjoyed the room we stayed it. Wood flooring, newer mattress, updated bathroom, it was beautiful. The lobby was very nice as well. The trees were beautiful and the little river with fish was very nice. The breakfast in the morning was great as well, eggs, sausage, waffles, it had everything I was very impressed. I was apologized to as well because of rude staff at Check-in and I was very impressed with the timeliness of the manager in speaking with the staff. Overall the staff at the facility was great.
Cons:The facility was a little outdated on the outside. It could use a little touch up but I'm sure that will be addressed over time. The only other thing would be that our comforter had cigarette burns in it from other guests. Oh and the iron did not work. Luckily we had a dewrinkler spray with us. I'm sure if we called we would have received another one. The staff were very nice and attentive to our needs. Overall I was very impressed.

Pros:The front desk lady was nice and helpful.
Cons:The place was nasty it smelled moldy. The pool looked filthy. The paint on doors was chiped. The ac unit in the room was boken so my 2 year old and my husband were sweating the whole night. I couldnt sleep at all because u could hear every little thing in the lobby and in the parking lot. Couldnt fall asleep til 3am someone thpught it would be funny to let there kids knock on our door at 2:45am.in the room my 2 year old fpund bunch on beer bottle caps which we fo not drink he could of choked do thry dont clean well at all. And to top it off our blanket was filthy with some weird red stuff. Will never stay at this place again it was the worst stay in my life.

Pros:The staff were so friendly and helpful! Great pool and breakfast! The price was great for what they offer!
Cons:They are doing updating now, so while it was a little outdated and run down, they are working on it. It will be awesome when finished. But still kept clean!
