Pros (+) It was a great base to explore Lugano. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The hotel to close to catching a bus. You must get on bus number 2 at the train station. Hotel is about a 25 minute ride on bus. . Get off on the next to last stop. However there are no hotels close to train station So it appears everyone must catch a ride to get to hotel.
