Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, proximity to public transport, and helpful staff. However, many reviews mention significant downsides, including noisy surroundings, small room sizes, and issues with cleanliness. Some guests also noted problems with amenities and value for price. Overall, while the location and service are strong points, noise and room comfort detract from the experience.
