Breakfast, cleanliness, amenities Liked everything
Comfortable beds and pillows My family stayed here for the night to attend a funeral in Macon. The room smelled like chemicals. When I asked to be switched, the front desk worker said all of the rooms smell that way. In the morning I discovered the blanket that I got out of the closet during the night was covered with vomit or feces. We walked to the lobby for the free breakfast at 9:26 Breakfast ends at 9:30. The front desk attendant wouldn't let us in. This could be a nice hotel with attention to detail.
Had to move room because TV was not working. Sheets and comforter were dirty. General look of rooms and corridors was unclean.
Staff was friendly and helpful food was good and place was overall clean for a good price good location near other hotels and restaurants Jacuzzi was a little cloudy looking so didn't go in. Pool seemed ok though
The beds were comfortable and clean and that is my number one concern. Breakfast was fine for being free and my boys enjoyed swimming in the pool. The only thing that didn't seem clean was the carpeted floor in our room. I couldn't walk barefoot because it had that sticky/squishy feel.
The property was fine, but the noise from the nearby railroad tracks woke us up several times.
Very friendly. Great breakfast Smaller room
Nothing, room was dirty. Used shower cap on door knob and long dark hair everywhere. Hotel was basically empty and still gave us room we didn't want. Room 405 had what looked like blood sprayed all over bathroom doir frame. See above
Very comfortablerroom and bathroom. Reasonablyppriced. Leaking bath faucet in # 213
Clean Room Comfortable Room Polite Staff Value Heavy smell of cigarette smoke in hallways Located in deserted strip mall with some noisy people hanging around outside
The shower pressure and shower heads.
Big clean rooms with a sofa in room. In room fridge a plus. We couldn't stay longer.
Reasonable price; convenient to highway Located in a fairly empty strip mall
The front desk greeting us with manners and made sure we knew where the ice, snack machine, and times for breakfast. Also pointed us too a great Vietnamese restaurant a mile down the street for dinner. Hot tub should have been on the top floor for the view, instead we were on the bottom but i guess to make sure we had fast service so fair game, i guess.
Was located near our event. Was also easy to get to. Bathrooms need a vent as after you shower the mirror is all steamed up. You have to open door to clear mirror.
The room was cheap. The room smelled really bad. And we found a bag with a receipt in it that had been left in the room from another guest. Didn't seem like cleaning was a big priority there.
The linens were fresh and clean and the bathroom was immaculate. Breakfast was good, as was the coffee. The juice was okay considering it came out of a dispenser rather than a container or pitcher. However, there was no protein options, just carbohydrates and fruit (which was fresh) Excellent location close to I-75.. There was dog food on the floor, there was some kind of beverage residue on the night stand, in the drawer and the papers inside and on the stand were all stuck together as a result. Also, there was significant beverage spatter on the wall next to the bed. I made sure I took a very hot shower in the morning before I left and I double bagged my clothes for laundering.
Clean room & clenliness Abandoned strip mall only negative, but well lit. & no problems whatsoever
I was honestly surprised from the moment I walked in. It wasnt anything astonishing, but it was about the quality of a La Quinta or so. I had a king sized non smoking rooms and it actually smelled clean. The whole floor was non smoking. Whole hotel actually smelled good. Very spacious room, updated lcd tvs. Decent breakfast in the morning. Staff was incredibly friendly, well lit parking lot, security cameras around it. Good location, close to arkwright rd. Exit with many places to eat. Stayed 3 days while my apartment was being finished and don't regret it. If you're tight on money and looking for the best value under $70, this is it. Located in a run down shopping center, but still well lit. Never felt insecure about the surroundings
I booked my reservations for this hotel a day in advance for 3 days and when we arrived we decided we need an additional room, so they got us joining rooms without any hesitation. Staff is friendly and curtious! Some of the staff needs better training on Internet dealing.
It was quite and the water pressure was good The girl at the front desk was very rude.
Very friendly desk clerk. Very nice, quiet room.Bed was very comfortable!
Staff was great! - Dianne and Marco were the best. Very friendly and willing to assist in every way! Great location in Macon. Lots of variety for breakfast. Pet friendly. Room was very clean. Nothing. It was a great stay.
Very noisy, you could hear everything in the halls and parking lot from your room. Beds were OK. Not as clean as I would have liked.
Our bathroom wasn't very clean. Hair in the bathtub and the tub was chipping. They were out of towels at the pool.
Location No hot water for shower. Hall smelled like mildew. Urine in the elevator. Breakfast was very lean to even be continental
A little dated...but everything was extra clean and beds are real comfortable. Definitely an option for me the next time I stay in Macon.
A clean, no frills stay. Friendly staff. even in the non-smoking rooms, the hotel smelled like it does a lot of business with smokers.
Good shower. Beds were perfect. Staff friendly.
First time at a Best Western and will definitely try again. This location is very large and we had to go from building to building to get the breakfast but it was worth the walk. Room was clean. Beds were OK. There is a lounge on site that we thought we could go to for a burger but it was full of smokers. Horrible smell. We went to the nearby Applebee's for dinner. The description implied that there was a restaurant on site which we like when we are traveling. We ended up having to get back into the car to go to eat.
Everything was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, lots of choices Toilet paper was very cheap
The room was nice as well as the staff. The front desk lady let me use the printer to print few pages so that was nice. I stayed in the room most of the time so There is nothing else to report. Two negative points I found was I could hear the trucks and traffic at night. It is close to 75 which is good but you will hear the traffic if your room is located in the front. The breakfast was not, not great. One of the coffee pots had coffee that was not hot anymore, cold for a coffee beverage... it was warm... and strangely the orange juice came out of the machine warm, not nice to drink warm juice.
The hotel and the rooms were very clean. The staff was not very pleasant and I was greeted with "let me check if we have any thing available", to which I responded " The reservations is under xyz" No free internet!?
Cleanliness and quality. Weak A/C
Very clean, good food in the bistro. Great staff. The beds were hard and the pillows were flat. There is a train that went by at about 11pm and again very early in the morning that woke us. I don't know if the walls are thin or we just had jerks next to us but it was really loud.
Bed was comfortable Room smelled like a locker room. Had to go buy air freshened but it didn't help.
The staff was very nice and helpful. They went above and beyond. Food was good in the Bistro. Wish we had a microwave in the room. The floors were dirty.
Beds were so comfortable. Pool was out of towels but housekeeping quickly brought some to our riom
Clean and comfortable. Unfriendly, at check in, and we got in late around 11 at night, left at 5:45 in the morning. Breakfast was at 6 and they were putting items out, and we asked if we could just take a bagel for the road since we had to leave so early. The host denied it to us, saying that a sensor would go off? For $150 for one night, and only less than 7 hours, I wish they had been more gracious and accommodating.
The bed Nothing
Smelled like chain smokers had stayed in our "nonsmokers" room. Gross.
We were able to get all of our rooms in a row. The rooms were clean. We were able to have breakfast there for 20 people. The dining room was very clean. We were not able to get non-smoking rooms. It seems that Macon has a lot of Pakistan immigrants. A lot of them live at this hotel. They were very friendly And helpful
Convenient, cheap, quiet. Mysterious white stains on the floor. No fruit at breakfast.
Even though we had a non smoking room, the towels and sheets still smelled of cigarette smoke. Room was small. Sheets had stains. The staff was very friendly but just couldn't get over the motel itself.
Location is perfect (right off the highway), bed was clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful in the evening and the next morning. Free breakfast was a nice touch. Exactly what I expected for the price! I recommend this for a quick overnight stay during a road trip. The only thing that went wrong is that the label for the shower temperature was backwards - first I thought that there was no hot water but after a brief bout of logical reasoning, I thought that maybe the label was wrong. I turned the water to the "cold" setting and the hot water came right away. Really no complaints!
If was comfortable and quiet. It was a nice kick back spot!! The room was clean, but I could tell there were some cut corners. There was dog hair in the carpet and I found a dirty rag over the top of the shower rod.
Small room well designed and lay out. Good value. Hotel was relatively quiet. Single or couple can only fit. Safe location Some cleaning could be better.
excellent staff No king size beds in hotel. Poor design-had to step back behind toilet to get the bathroom door shut + air conditioner blowing right on bed-slept in a cold wind all night. Hallways so narrow the carpet was laid with border on one side of pattern only.

Location. Understand that when they say it will sleep two adults. All rooms have a queen bed and a pullout sofa.
Great location, nice room. Breakfast was good. Noticed hair in the tub, otherwise seemed clean.
The staff were pleasant, helpful and professional. Room could have been a little cleaner
Good location The room was not particularly clean, the quality of bedding was low, and the pull out sofa sleeper was not good.
The suite was perfect for my work needs, and it was a good environment for my stay.

The friendly and helpful staff! I can't think of anything.
Conveniently located on the highway, staff was very nice. Breakfast was hot and replenished constantly. Room was clean. The hotel was at maximum capacity the night we stayed so there were people everywhere at all hours.
The overall space in the suite. Only supplied queen size beds, I prefer the kings.
The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The service was mediocre.
The staff at the front desk was awful. They told me it had a heated pool so I told my children we could swim that evening. Went that evening and water was maybe 50 degrees. I asked if they could turn up the thermostat and they said they didn't know how and it would be many days before they could get a tech to address the problem. After that I went to ask for towels and the manager was asleep at the front desk. Kidding me? This is the fave of the establishment! I will not be back. This is a very nice hotel but staff is running to the ground quickly.
