Pros (+) AMAZING staff, excellent location, all the little touches are great. Loved the lobby and the rooms are comfortable and beautiful. Really well designed. Stayed here twice and loved it both times

Pros (+) Nice look and feel, great staff and right by the Metro and El Retiro.
Cons (-) Rooms are an okay size, but a little pokey. Dinner options are surprisingly limited and there's hardly anything at all in the immediate vicinity.
