Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Atocha station, public transport, and local attractions. Many also highlight the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. However, some guests mention issues with noise from outside and between rooms, and a few found the room sizes to be smaller than expected.
