The car wasn't clean when I picked it up, it smelled strongly of food Check in was a little slow, they weren't focused on my customer experience and talked amongst themselves a lot Other than that it was fine. Check out was smooth
Experience was great! The car return signs at Paris GD airport for all car rental returns were much too small to see well after dark! Toughest time finding rental car return lane! Should be very well marked! Not your issue as much as airport’s issue, but after dark VERY tough finding where to go and google maps Europcar return was not as instructive as I had hoped
After driving the car for a day, we realized that it was someone else’s name on the reservation form. Because there is no 800 number to call in the UK, we were charged for a 2 hr long phone call where we were told we’d be comped for the day we spent on the phone trying to get it sorted out. We were never comped the day, and were just stuck with the phone bill. On top of that, I discovered that we were being charged for insurance that I didn’t want because we had our own insurance. Budget rental for sure, but comes at a higher cost.
1)you should not accept costumers at 23:00 when your or your representative(Eurocar) are closing at that time. My plane got too late, and this was only perceptible while we were in the air, unable to inform any. 2) a telephone should have been indicated by YOU on forehand, there is No, absolutely No contact of yours, you didn't even answer the email I sent (your company, indeed, is not worth any confidence at all). The only who responded was an emergency site, found after half an hour looking at the website of eurocar, of course the could do nothing. -And of Kaya? Nothing of KAYAK! Toooo Poooor! 3) at last but not least, your website should be better tuned, so that I clearly could have indicated the plane and number, maybe it was there somewhere but definitely not clear-cut visible, as it is on other websites i have used before. Conclusion: I will never again recommend or travel with you ever again! Very, very BAD experience! Got stocked with a entire family on an Airport, which closes. At least a recompensation would have been on place, but even this is only diluted with apparent irresponsibility from your side (in all its meanings).
