Pros (+) The Hotel Concept is good in theory ..
Cons (-) This is a great concept for a hotel, but the Staff clearly needs additional direction & training. They lack effective communication with guests & thorough training for their job roles. There was a surface-level, face-value presentation, but the follow-through left quite a bit to be desired.
