Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, especially for access to nearby destinations and value for money. Some reviewers mentioned friendly and helpful staff. However, many guests were dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms and linens, the comfort of the beds, and the overall condition of amenities such as air conditioning, elevators, and showers. Several reviews highlighted issues with poor maintenance, lack of toiletries, and noise. While a few found the hotel suitable for short stays or last-minute bookings, most felt improvements were needed, particularly in cleanliness and facilities.

Pros (+) The Hotel Concept is good in theory ..
Cons (-) This is a great concept for a hotel, but the Staff clearly needs additional direction & training. They lack effective communication with guests & thorough training for their job roles. There was a surface-level, face-value presentation, but the follow-through left quite a bit to be desired.
