Pros (+) The Hyatt was wonderful!! Close enough top Key west for a day trip but enough great food locally that you could stay local. Lighthouse was great, a MUST go from between 5-6:30pm. Sombrero Beach has good sand and is 10 minutes away and is in good shape considering Irma.

Cons (-) They said they never got my amoma registration and even though I had a voucher sent to me, when I imputed my info on the amoma website, they didn't have my information either. My card was charged and I paid for the room. It took me 9'hours to drive to the Hyatt, was tired, and had to drive to several hotels before I found one with a vacancy. Pros (+) Beautiful lighthouse behind the hotel. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Nice size bathroom with shower head.
Cons (-) The pull out sofa had white mold growing on the bottom of it. The room also had a funny smell the first day we were there. I prepaid through Kayak but the hotel tried to charge me the full room rate when I was checking out (over $115 more than I originally paid).
