Pros (+) Our suite was on the 9th floor this stay We've been on the 6th and 7th floors previously. We were there for 4 nights. The view was great from up there. Staff was generally friendly and helpful. Our housekeeper was very nice.
Cons (-) Same issues are still present with the valet. First you arrive and no one helps you with luggage. I pulled up, opened the trunk and started grabbing some of the stuff inside the car. Three guys were standing over by the valet desk, not one moved. I got all our luggage out and set it on the curb. Then I waited a minute, no one moved. I then had to walk over and tell them I am here to check in, can ...

Cons (-) The staff, especially the valet staff were not very good. Every time I either pulled up or asked for my car I got indifference or an attitude. When I arrived there were three of them standing around chatting. I waited a minute by my car door and then had to go over and break up the conversation just to get them to take my keys. This happened twice. It's unusual to pull up to a valet and track them...

Pros (+) It was right across from the marina. A beautiful setting. Convenient to restaurants and nightlife. The staff was very friendly. The room was immaculate and clean. I enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend it.

Pros (+) The lobby, close location to Venice beach and the bar were quite nice. Staff is accommodating and nice.
Cons (-) Rooms and interiors of the halls were old, carpet is definitely old, and the lounge for elite members is tiny (cramped seating). Really small outdoor pool.
