Cons (-) The front desk clerks of this Riad have the worst customer service including the lady manager Kareema I've ever seen. Upon check in, they openly chided me for using "travel service company" to make my reservation and assigned me a tiny little room with a broken toilet and barely had any space to walk around the bed.
