Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary (available 24 hours).
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast enormous and good. Rather reminded me of home cooking - in a nice way.
Cons: I didn't score it very highly on location, although it is situated on the river bank and I had a room with a river view. The trouble was that, with Maun experiencing a drought, the river was completely dry and so my view was of a sand bowl. Absent the river, the actual location is in a rather industrial part of town. I'm sure everything would look a lot nicer with some green foliage and water in the river!
7.5 Good
Pros: Good facilities - everything you need. Good food off the menu though I can't comment on the buffet. Friendly helpful staff.
Cons: Night club on Friday night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The chemicals in the pool were correct and the pool surrounds were well maintained and we enjoyed our swim as it was very hot.
5.8 Okay
Pros: i booked a chalet but got a standard hotel room, very noisy...
Cons: Noisy parking area, old bathroom, very slippery...
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good service,bed,shower,airport transfer
Cons: I guess it’s a bit big and impersonal but the staff rescue it
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice breakfast
Cons: The breakfast was expensive
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I like the dinner and the breakfast they were well prepared..
Cons: I did not like the toilet because it was not flushing as it was making the solid not to disappear.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was very good.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Boma area
Cons: Reception did not seem to know what was going on. Only got my room an hour after check in time
6.3 Good
Pros: The fast speed WiFi
Cons: The air conditioning unit didn’t work, the pillows were hard, and I was surprised there’s still places that have bath tubs instead of showers which was disappointing for hygiene purposes as showers are better

7.5 Good
Pros: Very nice garden and pool area. Good size rooms and good location. 5 min from airport. It is one of the oldest hotel in Maun and a bit of a landmark - easy to use as a meeting point.
Cons: Not a lot but checking in and out is a bit time consuming.
5.7 Okay
Pros: The rooms are generally nice enough, it's air conditioned, and the restaurant is ok.
Cons: There was no conditioner (at all) in the room, the hair dyer was drilled into a drawer, and overall we paid a lot of money for a room that should have been less than half the price.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were superb and immediately helped out with anything that I needed. Laundry was fast, room service great and they went the extra mile to coordinate with the local mechanics to get my safari vehicle hire fixed as well as arranging permits and bookings for safari camping in one afternoon. Many thanks to the team at Cresta Rileys :)
Cons: N/A
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the warm and helpful staff who made me feel so welcome!! The food was excellent especially the free buffet breakfast!! The surroundings were beautiful especially watching the local cows eating with a hippo outside the fence!!
Cons: Nothing!!
6.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good.
Cons: Dining at Cresta Riley's was very disappointing. The meat and seafood were not fresh-tasting, and overcooked. The menu's descriptions need to be simplified to convey exactly what is contained in the food. The "light, creamy sauce" for the chef's salad, for example, turned out to be bottled vinaigrette.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Position is ok, quite near to the airport. If travelling by car there is a petrol station right outside the hotel. Breakfast is good.
Cons: Definitely too expensive for the level of service it offers.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: the Breakfast was really on point and well prepared, the stuff serving also deserve a thumps up
Cons: The room didn't seem to have enough light, was rather darkish even with all the lights on, The thatch also seemed to give off some kind of smell like someone had smoked in the room
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The room was fantastic, we had an upgrade from Standard double to Suite. Spacious room with balcony and garden view. Breakfast buffet was perfect. Restaurant had very tasty dishes at normal prices, although hotel is luxurious. Highly recommended if you need relaxing time.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excelent location, enjoyable gardens, staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Rooms were only accessible through stairs and the stairs were in need of maintenance. Showers easily flooded the bathroom.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: the breakfast was really nice and there was a lot of choice. Our flight was 3 hours late but luckily we were still picked up in time. the staff is very friendly.
Cons: the bathroom was really not cleaned properly. the shower tray had fallen off and was just put on the end of the bath, the bath had cracks in it and the shower door was not cleaned at all.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: good location in the middle of Maun city. good dinner, they serve botswana traditional foods as well. wide garden which is beautiful and comfortable
Cons: noise of air conditioner in the room was terrible. the bathroom sink was clogged and it didn't drein at all...
7.0 Good
Pros: Bed was comfy. Bath was good. Swimming pool freezing cold and full of chlorine. Supper very nice and staff extremely friendly and efficient
Cons: Cracks in the bathroom. Bed a bit small

Event facilities at this hotel consist of conference space and a meeting room. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary (available 24 hours).
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The people at the front desk could have been clearer about pricing, whether breakfast was included or not and also shuttle times seemed to not always be clear. But they were pleasant to talk to and seemed to be doing their best. Possibly better training would be the answer. I loved the music at the hotel.
Cons: I didn't like the soap in the pool.
4.5 Okay
Cons: Poor design of the room
7.5 Good
Pros: The lady at the reception was extremely helpful. We were travelling by private airlines flight the next morning and she went out of her way to confirm flight details and make sure that we caught the flight.
Cons: The service at the hotel restaurant could definitely have been better.
6.8 Good
Pros: Nice view on the river, pleasant staff that does go the extra mile, small gym with adequate equipment and air-con, Good transfer to and from the aiport
Cons: To much preserver in the swimming pool. No insect screen on the windows so sleeping with air con only possibility in rainy season, The air-con had a hard time getting the room cold enough. very little place to put your toilettery near the wash basis/shower
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was a perfect transit hotel. The bar man was very nice. The front desk was very helpful and the Airport Shuttle guy was very fantastic. Made sure we got to the airport and picked us up from another outing.
Cons: The Air conditioning in the room could have worked better the room. Also, a waitress in the restaurant served us the wrong meal and did not know the difference from Pesto to Wasabi.
4.5 Okay
Cons: beds are too small for 2
6.8 Good
Pros: Small but comfortable room
Cons: Service at dinner very poor and waiting more than an hour and twenty minutes for food just to arrive cold
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff... Pattie at the front desk exceeded our expectations. She was a great help with communication to our safari company when we had problems with our flight.
Cons: The willingness to help us...
7.0 Good
Pros: Wifi excellent Ratanauka was an exceptional staff, always assisted us.
Cons: Kitchen staff, did not want to warm our food we carried, apparently their microwave doesn't work. We even offered to buy drinks, chips, salad and dessert with our meal. We eat halaal. Price on Booking.com much more than the hotel rate. Not allowed to cancel in order to get a better rate.
