I will fly this going forward especially for ORD to EBB and the reverse.
Delay not posted, only departure time listed- not boarding time. We left an hour late and arrived 45 min late. Restrooms had backed up sinks and toilets not flushed ) passenger error). Lots of screen for entertainment didn’t work. But we arrived with our luggage
I had a memorable experience. I dont have any comments at this time regarding waht could be better.
POSITIVES The hostesses were mostly pleasant, NEGATIVES The full flight wifi was horrible, hardly able to use it. My charger port was not working which made me use my neighbour's port which resulted in an accident which ruined her flight. During dinner, meat ran out when the cart got to us forcing us to eat vegetarian which was not great. We watched everyone around us eating meat. My wifi did not transfer to the second leg of my trip as they promised as they changed the plane. I was thrown off the window seat I booked for the 2nd leg of my journey as they changed planes, all done at my expense. This was not a cheap flight ($2600) which i hurriedly had to book to attend my mother's funeral who passed away suddenly. I was honestly disappointed with the whole saga as I heard Ethiopian Airlines was one of Africa's best.
Delays delays making us miss or next connection to IAD hence having to stay additional 24 hrs in Addis Ababa
Im if Ethiopian can allow customers to use their mileage for in flight connexion it will be great.
United was best airlines I have seen since I got there choose united airlines
The food needs to improve especially the fish as there where only 3 fish cubes in my plate.
Am Wowed I did not ever thought African has such an amazing airline before.
The seats were quite uncomfortable despite having good legroom. The 350s are quite nice but the problem is on the old 777 aircraft. Special meal requests are not catered for as they should. They never had any ice for drinks.
The travel on premium economy class was very positive. Comfortable with plenty of space and leg room. The service throughout was top notch. Crew members were kind and helpful. Food and entertainment were excellent.
Based on my wife's damaged condition, BA very kindly upgraded us from cattle to business class. MUCH appreciated!! One of these days, as it gains more experience, BA MAY learn how to depart on time (with over 30 years experience with BA, no flight has EVER managed to leave on time), Once airborne, the entertainment was ever so very pedestrian. But the flight was uneventful and the cabin crew's service was superb. And whichever driver landed the aircraft had obviously done it before. But BA unfortunately is learning from that scuzzy airline Delta. Delta is ALWAYS stunned when one of its aircraft actually turns up anywhere and is NEVER ready to receive it -- even when it turns up where and more or less when it is supposed to, NOT an example worthy of emulation.
Flight crew were really rude & unwilling to help. We were their last flight of the day & they made it very clear they just wanted to get the flight done & everything we were asking to purchase was an inconvenience. Really disappointed with BA
Incredible. The upgrade to Business was a phenomenal way to end my trip, beyond grateful for the generosity and hospitality.
Great! Apart from small sitting in one the flight everything else was good
It was pretty decent mostly cause I have leg room.
Flight was delayed leaving Heathrow by 1 hour. No onboard entertainment and basic food available for purchase.
because of delays of earlier flights, we did not fly BA to Reykjavik. We booked an alternate flight through Businessclass.
It was the old style business class seats which are a long way from the new ones. Also the pork-free breakfast option is always a bit disappointing!
God food! Although some of the snacks were not to my taste. Nice amenities in premium economy made for a comfortable flight. The pilot was able to make up about half the time we were delayed in the ground (we were delayed over an hour before takeoff due to a shortage of tugs) Nice movie selection for entertainment. We were last to board the second leg of our flight due to.complications during transfer from the first flight of our trip, but did manage to board in time. We really enjoyed the video presentation for flight safety. Hilarious gets your attention! Really nice, sufficient accommodations for overhead storage, didn't seem crowded or jam packed. I enjoyed being able to track the flight on my monitor. I was disappointed that there wasn't free WiFi during the flight, I thought that was a complimentary service but you had to pay extra. It felt like we were nickled and dimed on that one.
