I will fly this going forward especially for ORD to EBB and the reverse.
Delay not posted, only departure time listed- not boarding time. We left an hour late and arrived 45 min late. Restrooms had backed up sinks and toilets not flushed ) passenger error). Lots of screen for entertainment didn’t work. But we arrived with our luggage
I had a memorable experience. I dont have any comments at this time regarding waht could be better.
POSITIVES The hostesses were mostly pleasant, NEGATIVES The full flight wifi was horrible, hardly able to use it. My charger port was not working which made me use my neighbour's port which resulted in an accident which ruined her flight. During dinner, meat ran out when the cart got to us forcing us to eat vegetarian which was not great. We watched everyone around us eating meat. My wifi did not transfer to the second leg of my trip as they promised as they changed the plane. I was thrown off the window seat I booked for the 2nd leg of my journey as they changed planes, all done at my expense. This was not a cheap flight ($2600) which i hurriedly had to book to attend my mother's funeral who passed away suddenly. I was honestly disappointed with the whole saga as I heard Ethiopian Airlines was one of Africa's best.
Delays delays making us miss or next connection to IAD hence having to stay additional 24 hrs in Addis Ababa
Im if Ethiopian can allow customers to use their mileage for in flight connexion it will be great.
United was best airlines I have seen since I got there choose united airlines
The food needs to improve especially the fish as there where only 3 fish cubes in my plate.
Am Wowed I did not ever thought African has such an amazing airline before.
The seats were quite uncomfortable despite having good legroom. The 350s are quite nice but the problem is on the old 777 aircraft. Special meal requests are not catered for as they should. They never had any ice for drinks.
Premium economy was not what was shown, no leg riser, seats were broken and do not recline more than economy, food, we couldn't eat it was so bad, no menu 1 item and it sucked.
Our original flight was cancelled. This was a slightly earlier flight. We were business class and it was very good. The staff were marvellous and very helpful. Pity our baggage didn't make it!
British Airways is very good... Taxiing after landing took 35 minutes, can't really blame the airline but the terrible infrastructure at JFK.
Our section of the aircraft in premium economy was very cold. We asked the attendants twice to raise the heat but it never happened. Even with the blanket it was chilly for 10 1/2 hours
Really slow transfer after getting off the plane at Manchester, and lost luggage! Take the train, terrible experience on arrival
Because kayak scammed me with false advertisement saying 23kg was included but I ended up having to pay another £200
The flight was canceled and I was directed to Air France two days later than my plan departure day. This involve getting two more days of hotel and also not being able to get a boarding pass until I got to the Istanbul Air France boarding desk. It has been a troubling time.
I didn’t take that flight. My original flight was cancelled from Los Angeles. They rebooked me following day through Montreal My flight was LAX to YUL and YUL GVA
It makes no sense for several types of drinks to already be out of stock in the middle of the flight.
Pleasant and friendly staff. Comfortable aircraft. Speedy boarding. Took off on time. Arrived earlier than scheduled. Overall very enjoyable flight.
