Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's beachfront location and proximity to attractions, restaurants, and shops. However, the majority of reviews highlight serious cleanliness and maintenance issues throughout the property, including dirty rooms, poorly maintained bathrooms, and deteriorating facilities. Many guests also report negative experiences with service, citing unhelpful or understaffed front desk staff and unresolved complaints. Room conditions, including size and comfort, are frequently described as subpar, and bathrooms are often noted as being in unacceptable condition. While a few guests mention positive aspects such as ocean views, balcony, and pool area, overall satisfaction is low due to the hotel's lack of upkeep and cleanliness.AI-generated from customer reviews
