Pros (+) Very clean and big resort, rooms are spacious and very nice. No hotel staff harassing over bringing food or drinks from outside. Pool area very relaxing.

Cons (-) Took the A/C about 4 hours to cool our room. They changed our room but other ine was just as hot. We are not expecting it to be instant cool during the summer but one hour would be acceptable not 4 hours

Pros (+) I was impressed walking in the room. Everything was clean, neat, and welcoming. Beautiful lobby. Private parking. Sushi bar on site.
Cons (-) There was an event until 4 am that kept us up. The music was very loud and to my understanding the hotel holds this type of events often. Room service did not pick up our plates during our3 day stay.
