Cons:The bathroom smelled very bad every time and almost gave my mother an asthma attack. There was mold everywhere
Cons:The hotel is under construction and they only have several rooms available. The rooms that my family and I got were ok and the air conditioners were not working. So they had floor air conditioning with some fans. It did not work. Rooms were so hot and we were not able to sleep at all. We complained to the personnel and all they said was “sorry but we are under remodeling due to the last earthquake”. Well, they should not have any rooms available until they finish and get the ac units working. !! We had a terrible experience !! Don’t stay !!
Cons:The dresser, bathroom sink and a towel were worn. One of the lightbulbs in the bathroom was not working well either. The room could also use brighter lighting. Other than that, the cost outweighs the minute details.
Cons:My first room was dirty and I was moved into another room. My 2nd room had an issue with power. My lights kept going off.
Cons:The beds were a little firm for me but that's a personal choice.
