Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing serious cleanliness issues such as dirty rooms, stained sheets, unpleasant odors, and presence of pests. Service was also a major concern, with reports of rude staff, unhelpful management, and poor handling of guest requests. Many felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, given the poor conditions. However, a few guests appreciated the convenient location and some positive interactions with staff.
