Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's cleanliness and convenient location, with several reviews highlighting friendly and helpful staff. However, there were repeated complaints about customer service at the front desk, issues with breakfast not being included or being costly, and some negative experiences with the pool's condition. While amenities and room comfort were generally appreciated, inconsistent service and extra charges detracted from the overall experience.
