Pros (+) quick, easy check in, excellent room, convenient & available.
Cons (-) Airport shuttle driver had safety equipment dirty, out of order and in walkway of persons boarding & un-boarding. Driver was advised personally & well in advance of need of airport pickup, and left my party & another stranded in frigid weather awaiting whilst attempts of phone contact from two independent needs went unanswered & mis-routed. I feel very strongly this was deliberate to obstruct our ...

Pros (+) The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet was amazing expensive but very good. The hotel décor was very nice and the hotel overall was very clean and modern.
Cons (-) The only problem I had was that the bathroom in my room was not very clean on check in, and due to time constraints I was not able to get the situation rectified so I just had to deal with it. Fortunately when I did mention it to hotel staff they did apologize and gave me a nice discount off the price of my stay. So I was pleased with that. I would absolutely stay there again if ever in Milwaukee.
