They were closed at the time I was supposed to pick up my rental. Why would you give the customer a choice of pickup times that included hours that the pickup location is closed?? Awful. Absolutely awful. Cost me hours of my time and hundreds of dollars. Will never use your site or Enterprise again.

I booked based on convenience of pickup and drop off locations. The gentlemen working in these locations were very disinterested in spending any more time than necessary in dealing with me, especially in the San Diego location. I will note here that I was the ONLY customer in these offices when I was there. I was not informed that there was a deposit hold of $200 placed on my credit card, which led to me spending a chunk of time on the phone trying to find out why this charge was on my card. Also, the car I was given was dirty inside and out. NOT my best car rental experience.

Overpriced!!! I was rented an electric vehicle with only 155mi left before it needed to be re-charged. I was told that it had been on their charger for 2 1/2 days and that was as high as it had charged up to. Yet me being the renter was told I have to bring it back with just as much or more of a charge on it, or pay for having less than 155mi on it. Fortunately I was able to charge it at my work as they have a charging station and brought it back with 85mi more than they had given me. When I asked them if they were going to credit me for the extra miles I gave them, they said it didn't work that way. Funny how one sided they are isn't it?

Was told the vehicle wasn’t ready. He wanted to swap a Ram for a Tacoma, Told the I didn’t mind waiting I need the larger truck. They didn’t clean anything. Sail it had a full tank of fuel, but it’s only shipping a1/2 tank.

Pros:

The clerk was awesome. My issue is that my original rate was not honored! I reserved a vehicle for San Diego Airport online at an affordable rate. When we arrived (after a long day of travel) we were told the address for the reservation wasn’t for SAN, but a location nearly an hour away!!

Cons:

Our quoted rate should be honored and the website should be MUCH clearer on locations. In fact I would appreciate a refund of the difference in the higher price I ended up paying!

Staff friendly both at pick-up and drop-off. Drop-off at Indianapolis airport couldn’t have been easier. Quick, clearly marked, they were ready before I was! Nice to have hybrid minivan. Comfortable.

The office texted me while I was in the air flying to my destination and informed me they were closing the office and had no car to lend me. It put me in a precarious situation as I was traveling with my parents who are in their 90s.

They had no cars I had to take an electric car it felt like it was bait and switch. I’ve never used an electric vehicle and no one showed me how to do it. Frustrating and had to go the charging station 3x the first two times apparently I wasn’t doing it right. Had to ask someone else who was at the station how to do it.

The van was extremely comfortable and had a lot of modern tech. The tech was not so refined, however. The CarPlay kept rebooting mid-drive for some reason, the automatic doors were frustrating and the adaptive cruise control was horrifically incompetent. The standard cruise was great and the ride itself was superb. Very comfy and quiet ride.
