Pros:Location.
Cons:Bad attitude by the staff at the front desk
Pros:Close to the airport. Very comfy bed.
Cons:Vending machines broken. No restauarants nearby. None that deliver either.
Pros:The location to the airport was good. The rooms themselves were ok even though the exterior of the building did not look like a hotel (sitting on top of a car rental business). The price was good at the time as other hotels in the area were charging 2-3 times of this location.
Cons:The TV only had basic local cable, 5 channels

Cons:The place is horrible. I don't even think that we slept on mattresses. I have no idea what kind of foam thing it was. The staff were horrible. Rushing and rude. The tv faces the wall and the air condition shuts off at a certain point. As I drive in I knew I should have turned back
Pros:Good location. Zets near by. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons:Departure route close by so noise can be an issue. Rooms a bit industrious but everything there.
Pros:Morning shuttle to airport was prompt.
Cons:1. Checking in was a hassle. I had to give them a difference credit card (that had raised numbers) so they could make an imprint of it for incidentals. 2. I'm alright with the free breakfast being a Subway 6" flatbread and coffee, but limiting it to just egg & cheese was annoying. Especially when the menu cost is the same no matter if meats are added or not.
Pros:Thee hotels located above their checkin and a few restaurants, the hotel does car rentals so if I was in need for one it would have been great. Once you take the elevator to the hotel floor you soon realize that it's only 1 floor. But it's super clean you can tell the this place has been renovated recently. The rooms are the same, very clean and newly remodeled. The also have an airport shuttle service which is super convenient definitely helps save money not paying for a cab.
Cons:Few things that caught my attention is that this hotel is not really located to much varieties of food, so if you do the have a car and you don't want to walk a good distance Subway is you best bet since the are right next door,while the other place is cash only. You would like the hotel would give you a list of places to order,but since it's so close to the airport I don't think they anticipate staying longer than 2 days since the room only had a very small trash can in the bathroom. Also disappointed that I had to locate the spot for airport pick up and then call them I was so sleepy that I just paid for a cab. They should have included where they could pick you up in the email,but it was more shocking that when I was being taken the airport I had to load my own big suitcase in the back of a tall van myself and take it upon arrival. I mean common courtesy is all I ask for,but other than that no real complaints

Cons:No customer service skills by front desk attendant, stained comforter, hairs in towels made me think they were only folded after last guest not washed and replaced. Luckily we didnt have to stay too long. Improvements in customer service and satisfaction can be made.
