Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, beautiful views, and attractive rooftop terrace. Many found the breakfast to be delicious and appreciated the option to have it on the balcony or terrace. However, there were frequent complaints about noise, especially from the rooftop bar and music, which affected sleep quality. Several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, particularly regarding the pool and linens, and some guests felt the service was inconsistent, ranging from very helpful to unresponsive or unfriendly. The pool was often described as small or not as advertised, and some guests felt the value for price was lacking due to these shortcomings. Despite these issues, many guests enjoyed the atmosphere and found the staff friendly in positive encounters.
