Pros: Absolutely wonderful hotel and very hospitable and friendly staff (specifically Mirlandys at the front desk is phenomenal!). Always my go-to when coming to Tremblant in terms of the ease of ski in and ski out, wonderful outdoor jacuzzis and heated pools to unwind in after a day of skiing, and generally an extremely pleasant experience. Can't wait to come back soon :)

Pros: Location location location! Ski in and ski out from hotel. Lots of restaurants choices. However we ended up having every meal at the hotel because it was convenient and the meals were delicious. Kids menu was extensive with lots of variety and very healthy options! Everything was right at the hotel. Village was within walking distance, spa and outdoor pool.
Cons: Service was slow and staff were fairly rude except the room housekeeper! She was friendly and super helpful.

Pros: The staff was amazing! Everyone was super friendly. The pool and building was a very luxurious setting. They offered house keeping twice a day. I loved the smell of the shampoos.

Pros: The employees were very pleasant, the suite was quite comfortable, and it was far enough away from the village so it was pretty quiet.
Cons: The facility needs some sprucing up, the wireless internet signal was very poor, and the breakfast room can be chaotic in the morning.

Pros: The room was lovely. Lots of room and it included everything we could need. The beds were comfortable and we had a nice outdoor patio facing the pool. We really loved the shuttle service included with our accommodations. Overall a lovely stay.
Cons: The location of our room was noisy. The business office, cleaning and cooking stations were right outside our door. Also the rooms could have been more well lit.

Cons: Stuff to unexpected no experience, even they don't have water for drinks in the spa gym area. Sauna was OFF always! Are you believe that, in ski resorts sauna off! Checking in time take more than one hour, after 9 hours driving.

Pros: There was not much to like.
Cons: The parking was a nightmare to find, as was the reception desk. The room was impossible to find -- the front desk had to send someone to guide us. We lost maybe 2 hours wandering around the village, the parking and the endless corridors of the hotel. Not worth it.

Pros: The location was great. However the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. I often stay at Hampton Inn or Mariott Courtyard and the customer service at these comparable hotels far exceeds what we experienced at Holiday Inn Tremblant

Cons: I booked hotel for 4 adults and they only give one queen bed, they other two will sleep on sofa bed, I never heard in my life, that they will ask guest to sleep on sofa bed. I believe sofa bed is for only extra guest like if you have children.

Pros: One particular woman at the front desk was friendly and efficient and we were upgraded to a suite with a full kitchen and balcony which we really enjoyed.
Cons: A small but annoying thing related to the pool: the young lifeguard seemed uninterested and bored by her work. she started off elsewhere instead of looking at kids in the pool to ensure their safety. And, there were never enough towels.

Pros: The staff at the reception desk are outstanding! They took care of EVERY request I had made! The location of the Marriott can not be beat. Its worth a few dollars to park your car in the heated garage. This makes unloading very easy and you have no need to worry about a dead battery from the cold.
Cons: The breakfast needs some improvement. Pancakes are cold and the scrambled eggs get a bit boring after the first day. The bacon is thin and fatty. The assortment of all the other items makes up for this shortcoming. There is plenty of fruit and yogurt. The other area that needs improvement is the hot tubs. There are two of them and they are very small.

Cons: From the first 5 minutes in the hotel the experience was not great. When I went to check-in the staff had no record of my stay in their system other than a voucher was used. I had to provide proof of the voucher which it said no where when I booked. I had to then email the front desk staff from my phone (I had to hotspot to her phone) so I could actually forward the email as I don't have data. I went to check-in at 2:45pm and was told the room was not ready that I would have to wait until 4pm when they would call me - understandable. At 4:05pm I finally received a call that my room was ready. The bed was old (had a sag in the middle) and when I went to have a shower after a long day on the hill the water was nuke warm when set to the hottest it would go. Location is the only perk of this hotel. We stayed at the Mariott the night before and received some of the best hotel service I had ever received. I would highly recommend the Mariott.
