Our family enjoyed our stay! This property was formally a Ritz Carlton. You can see some of the high-end touches left behind… the property is currently a bit dated but overall clean. The food was good and there was always something to do! The absolute best part of the stay was the staff and the service. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming!

Pros (+) Loved the restaurants and food..staff was excellent and very friendly.. hotel was very clean. I am very happy we chose the Hyatt Ziva. We can't wait to get back.
