Pros (+) Nothing, unfortunately. Everything was quite bad in my opinion.
Cons (-) Bed were different to the one requested, the single bed had a bump, cleanliness wasn't up to the mark, the room was really compact making it hard to even walk through the room. Wouldn't recommend even looking at it.
