The location is on a very busy street intersection but conveniently located to IOP beach access road. You will hear the street noise if your room is on that side. Rooms are dark no matter how much light you turn on but the biggest issue was the gym. The AC was broken and it was 84 inside, the equipment is in serious need of updating and cleaning, floor was just gross.
