Everything was clean Had to up grade to get a room with a view of the pool. Additional charges for transport and internet even though they said it was complimentary. Silly charges for food and drinks in the room. Wanted to leave a day early and had to pay a charge of 50 dollars.Some of the staff won the deak seemed to be inexperienced when dealing with customers. Position of the hotel means you have to drive to eat in the evenings.
The rooms are nice but the carpet in the hallway and rooms desperately needs replacing. The concept of the resort is lovely but it is shop worn ! Too much money for the product!

Location was great. View was incredible. Rooms were noisy from the air conditioner and extremely humid. We felt wet almost the entire time. The carpet in the hallway of the 3rd floor where we stayed was dirty and had a very unpleasant odor. The fridge in the room was old and very tiny. No microwave at all. The concierge gave us some bad information and caused us to miss the only chance we had for a particular tour. Overall not a great experience and certainly not worth what we paid for the week.

I was surprised to see that there was no breakfast buffet. I haven't traveled much lately, but it seems like for years I've been able to rely on being able to grab I bite to eat (a muffin or something like that - you know, health food ) on my way out the door to my client's office (that being the reason I'm in the hotel in the first place). I was able to get complimentary coffee. But when I figured out that I'd have to sit down and order breakfast, I decided I'd rather go to Starbucks. Or McDonald's. Wherever. So after the first morning I skipped even the comp coffee. So are the hotels all going the way of the airlines - no comp anything anymore?

Danielle at the front desk is amazing!, 5 to 8 minute drive to anything in Charelston, Waterfront Park around the corner, 20 to 30 minutes to the beach, Lamont the maintenance guy was so hospitable. This is not a fancy hotel but is a huge savings compared to the same hotel in downtown and only 5 minutes drive. Could use outlets by the bed to plug in your phone, the vending machines don't get filled often enough
Staff was nice, location was amazing, very reasonable cab ride to downtown Charleston The facility was not worth the price at all. A lot of the fixtures were very dusty and the furniture was a little beat up. I paid a ridiculous amount for a very mediocre hotel.
Lovely staff! Disappointed that room service closes at 930pm when I arrived in at 1030pm from the airport. The place across the road supposedly only did an 'all day breakfast' according to reception.
I loved the location of the hotel, close to everything and just off King Street, the best shopping in the city. The rooms were spacious and clean, and hotel seems to accommodate a lot of people. The Swamp Fox restaurant was very good for breakfast. A wide variety on the menu with a Starbucks just outside of in, still in the hotel. The hotel is very noisy at night due to screaming and honking of horns on the main road-and I was on the 7th floor. I wish the hotel had a free continental breakfast and that you did not have to walk a block to get to the hotel parking, which is the city garage.
The beds were so comfortable and cozy and we did not hear any of the traffic on King Street on the 10th floor. It was very clean and our view was great. Could not beat the ideal location in Charleston plus a great parking garage. Very nice staff and overall it was a great experience. I will book again very soon. The bathroom we had was very small and reminded me of a cruise ship but we were only there for two nights so it was not a big deal with my daughter.
good location They upgraded our room because they didn't have the original room we booked upon arrival. We were staying 5 days. after two days they kicked us out of the upgraded room and moved us to a room half the size saying that the room they upgraded us to was already booked beyond our current stay. This put a damper on the remainder of our stay at the hotel due to the room being a little too small for two people Also the other guest in the hotel that had business meetings were very rude and arrogant and continually blocked the top of the stairways coming up to the main lobby.

The hotel is dated and worn out. The rooms are small and very old. The bathroom is only large enough for one person and the plumbing is ancient. The hotel is overpriced for what you get. The manager was not at all accommodating when we didn't get the type of room we booked. I would never stay at this hotel again.
The hotel was in a good location. The Bell staff was exceptional Check in was a breeze. Rooms were clean but a bit older. Older small bathroom A/C that made loud noises randomly. This is not a modern hotel...but that's not all bad.

The Frances Marion is to Charleston what the Peabody is to Memphis, the Edwards is to Jackson, Miss., and the Reed House to Chattanooga. All are hotel with history and character. More than that, all the staff at the Frances Marion could not have been nicer. Liked it all.

Very good location, convenient to all downtown activities and historic features, clean, traditional atmosphere, courteous staff, reasonably priced, built-in restaurant and very interesting and sociable host with a foreign accent. January 5 was a cold night and the room was chilly with no extra blankets, and the thermostat didn't seem to help. The cost for parking in the adjacent garage seems a bit excessive two half days and one night $17. Kind of like the golf course with $5 green fees and $50 golf balls.

Ken, on the Club Floor always provides incredible service. He makes your stay! Frank is no longer there. You will not find a better location, or staff on the hotel side. The spa service is sub-standard, and over-priced. Therapists were not attentive to requests, and hearing complaints about their job because they didn't receive benefits, was unsettling. Urban Nirvana in Charleston offers the best service. Consider opting for their spa at Wentworth Mansion. The service and value trump Charleston Place, any day. Also the spa charged a 20% tip without notifying me, and overcharged for the services rendered. The spa therapists aren't Belmond Charleston Place employees, and are quick in letting you know that.

The hotel also has a great bar with piano music and if you would like something more casual, there is a fun sports bar. In addition,he hotel has a beautiful upscale restaurant
The rooms was beautiful and completely decked out. The staff was kind, curious, willing to help, and helped us coordinate between my girlfriend and I as we prepared in separate areas of town for a wedding I was in and needed to check in earlier. The room was extremely clean and the staff was extremely nice! No need to go to their bar or cafe, the prices of everything are unnecessarily high just because they are by luxury stores or something. They are $20 for everything, no lie. Do yourself a favor and go to any of the amazing restaurants in the area that you can more than easily walk to!

We visit Charleston often and this was our first time staying at the Mills House. It was beautiful! We stayed overnight and loved the location, decor, and the cleanliness. We parked in the parking garage and access to the hotel was very easy. This will be a place that we come back to in our future visits to Charleston. Only small complaint I have was the pillows. They were fluffy until you laid on them, then they became flat and hard.

Small rooms, smaller bathrooms, no balconies, rooms badly need refurbished. Dingy looking. Not any nicer than a Super 8. It's conveniently located is the best that can be said for it, but at that price it's not worth it. Stay at the Wentworth instead, only a bit more for an actual luxury hotel.
I loved the complementary champagne, gorgeous pool surrounded by flowers & superb location. The friendly professional is very welcoming. The bathroom doors are sliding & did not give the feeling of full privacy. The room was not spacious but very comfortable.

Excellent location in the historic area, exceptionally pleasant staff, very comfortable beds. If you eat breakfast every day, get the breakfast package. This made our stay even more relaxing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The bathroom was a bit snug. Price was high, but comparable for other hotels in the historic area.

Loved the view, the staff, the location, the price...pretty much everything! I highly highly suggest going for an ocean-side room. The view of the bay is incredible. The staff were all professional, polite and expedient with requests. The original listing was out of my price range, but we found an excellent deal for Thanksgiving weekend. Rooms were beautifully decorated. Beds are HELLA comfortable. Had all the hallmarks of a luxury resort. The resort is fantastically situated. It's right next to Patriot's Point and you can walk to the USS Yorktown/Taffey in 5min via the pier out back. If you want to get to downtown Charleston, it's only a 10min drive or a short Water Taxi ride away (accessible by the same pier). The restaurant is a quick walk from the front door; we only went there for breakfast but it was delicious. We didn't have much time to explore or try out the other amenities (spa, pools, etc) but they looked nice! I only have a few items of feedback. Very very nitpicky minor things. None of them are worth a full star deduction, but I figure some feedback is better than none seeing as the place is pretty new. - Toiletries seemed average. Didn't really have a "wow" factor - The room seemed warmer than the thermostat setting. Easily solved by turning it down and opening the balcony door. - TV channel offerings were a bit sparse. Granted you're not in Charleston to watch TV but it could be a bit more varied. - Slightly awkward, but TP quality was lacking. This is rarely mentioned in most reviews, but it ever so slightly detracts from the "luxury" feel. - Bonfires out back could be warmer, especially in colder weather. This one is understandable given how people can be pretty dumb and lawsuits are an issue. Like I said, all of these were very very minor! None of them obviously impacted our trip but I think improving them would add a lot of polish. I would wholeheartedly recommend The Beach Club to family and friends.
The location cannot be beat--the art throughout adds to the atmosphere of the hotel. Bed too high up--I needed a stepladder to get in--the hardwood floors were shined and polished so much that I thought I would slip and fall.

The overall vibe, from the room decor to the customer service was outstanding. Everything was clean, the room was better than expected, and the whole hotel was fun to walk through and view the artwork. The customer service across the board really made the experience though. Everyone was fantastic and eager to assist! Only two minor strikes. The bed was almost too comfortable. It was extremely soft and the pillows were softer. The rooftop bar was an awesome experience in the evening, however we arrived for lunch the first day and over half of the menu was unavailable at the time.

the vendue was wonderful. the staff were firefly and helpful and the room was very comfortable and well appointed. the location was also great. if you want even more character it may be better to say in the 26 vendue building but the advantage of 19, where I stayed, was that amenities were closer.

really lovely hotel. The service is what stood out the most to me. Every single person I encountered was top notch (even more so than some internationally-known hotels I have stayed at). Even when there was a tiny issue with my room service (more on me for being picky) - there was no attitude from anyone, everyone was happy to make an adjustment. The replacement meal came in less than 10 minutes with apologies from the chef even! (And the meal was delicious, btw) I even received a follow-up call from reception about 30 minutes after I got to my room to make sure everything was ok. That's never happened to me before. The room was beautiful--dark wood floors, large four-poster king bed, updated bathroom. Top notch service, great location right by the waterfront and some amazing restaurants. Noise: the wood floors are so beautiful, but that means you have to hear your inconsiderate neighbors clunk around on their floors with their shoes on. Perhaps a very sweet note when guests check in (or in the room) that while the floors are beautiful, please be mindful of your neighbors and take your shoes off while in the room." Also, in the morning I could hear everyone's conversations from the hallway very loudly! Size of Room/Bathroom: this is with the caveat that I had a very low rate that provided me with one of the more standard rooms, so it was not necessarily unexpected. For what I paid, it was a decent size, bathroom just decent size as well. If I actually planned to do work while there, I would recommend getting a bigger room as mine did not have a desk.
This hotel is across from a golf course in a very peaceful location on Patriots Point. the free hot breakfast was aswesome! The rooms were very clean and they have brand new bathrooms. My family went to the USS Yorktown which is right down the street. Most Charleston hotels are very expensive and this one is only 3 minutes away from the historic district. Would totally stay here everytime I come to Chrleston!!!
We were very impressed with this hotel for the price we paid for it. Very nice, clean room with comfortable beds & pillows. Quiet hotel, delicious breakfast with a great variety of food including freshly scrambled eggs. Very convenient location as well for accessing either Charleston, Mt. Pleasant, or the beaches. Highly recommend it.
The suite we got was not like the one shown in the photograph. The lobby also was not nearly what the photograph showed. The pool was extremely small. The hotel wasn't very well-maintained. The room had mold around the ceiling in the bathroom, wallpaper peeling, stuff on the walls, etc. It also had an odor to the room that we could not get rid of. The lobby stair rails had worn paint and needed repainting. The breakfast included was acceptable.
We have stayed in many hotels over the past year, & this was one of the more disappointing experiences we had. The lobby area was very small, although seemed somewhat modern.There was only one woman checking people in & answering the phone. She was competent, but looked like she was going to cry any minute. The room was okay. Really nothing special, especially for a three star hotel. A mini fridge would have been nice. Bedding was dated & didn't look as luxurious as many of the other hotels we have stayed in. The bathroom was small & cheap looking. A bug crawled across the floor, & the complimentary shampoo & conditioner bottles were left in the tub from the previous guest. The hot breakfast buffet was a plus, although cramped. & the orange juice was awful. All in all, it was just 'okay'. Not good, & not bad.
Very convenient to beach and downtown. Nice breakfast w/ hot and cold items with a good variety for all tastes, They even had flavored creamers for the coffee. Lobby area and breakfast area nicely appointed, Check in staff was nice. Rooms w/ 2 queens were a nice size. We couldn't get the Internet to work and rooms smelled musty/damp. Had to run AC or low heat to keep air circulating and bathroom had no ventilation. Very foggy and added to the dampness. I think the hotel was nice overall and we enjoyed the pool too, but our towels wouldn't dry, even overnight hanging on the closet rack. I'd go again because of price, location and Breakfast.
The rooms were clean and neat. The location was convenient to Charleston (a 5-10 minute drive over a beautiful bridge), and to the ferry and museums at Patriort's Point. Best of all, the breakfast was hearty, hot and plentiful, replenished throught the morning. All in all a great bargain for the Charleston area.
The attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff was what stood out to me. In fact, my young son left his phone charger plugged into the wall outlet and did not realize it until we were halfway home. I called the front desk and told them what had happened. One of the maids had found it and turned it in. The hotel paid to have the phone charger mailed to my home address using next day air service. They met and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return to that hotel on future visits.
When I arrived at the hotel it turned out that the two rooms I have reserved were noted as for the previous night on the Hotel?s system. The Hotel was able to accommodate my family for the night of arrival. The Hotel confirmed that there will be no show charge charged to my credit card. They told me that the only charges that I would be responsible for are the charges for my actual stay. Despite these confirmations, the hotel did charge me for the ?no-show? fee that they promised me they would not charge. I have requested the hotel management to reverse the charges for the nights that I have not stayed at the hotel and I had the confirmation that my card would not be charged. Management has refused to do so. The charges are under dispute with the credit card. I would not recommend anybody staying at this hotel as the staff is disorganized. Poor-poor customer service.
Great place to stay. Right next to the bridge, so very easy to get to town. The staff very nice and breakfast was great. The rooms were very comfortable. We would recommend it to everyone.
This place was what we were looking for. Was just my daughter and me - we were looking for something between downtown Charleston and Isle of Palms. Hotel was pretty clean and staff was courteous. Was a good value.

Room was clean, friendly helpful staff and above-average breakfast selections. Convenient location. While room was clean it was incredibly noisy due to the a/c units outsider the bedroom window. Had repeated trouble with the room key not working requiring several longs walks to front desk.
Convince to shopping, cleanliness, & the lobby/breakfast area. When we needed more towels I felt that we had to explain why we needed more to front desk. If we need them, we need them. Why should they question it, ya know? We had four people in each room staying and they provide three towels. This was the only issue we had.

We loved the area (Mt. Pleasant) where the hotel was located. Everything in Charleston that we wanted to do and the beach were only a brief drive away. The accommodations were nice. It was nice to actually have a door between the bedroom and the 'living room' where the boys stayed. That doesn't always happen when a 'suite' is advertised. It worked wonderfully for our trip. Free breakfast and wi-fi were great, too! The only negative aspect of the hotel is that the walls are very thin. You could hear everything, like the baby that cried and cried every night we were there. If you are a light sleeper, you might have problems.
Comfortable bed. In a nice location close to restaurants and shops within walking distance. The breakfast was terrible with bad service. Staff could not keep up with breakfast and food was not good. One of the elevators was broken.
Nice 2 BR suite was a savings as i normally would have booked two rooms. Cocktails and light dinner and hot Breakfast was nice as well.
We got the room for an excellent price, and hats of to the manager who very kindly let us check in early after a long day of driving. The location was great, the room was comfortable, and the kids loved the pool. We appreciated the breakfast and late check-out. There are no signs tellin guests where the hotel is! We had a man ask us in the parking lot if we'd seen the hotel because he was having a hard time finding it! Also the housekeeping staff asked if we wanted to change our own sheets when we requested a sheet change on the kids bed. It was rude and unprofessional.
Newly remodeled, location, breakfast. Checked in @9:30pm, bathroom very dirty, sand all over carpet& sofa, full house, no other rooms, so cleaned the bath ourselves !!!

hotel was poorly managed, staff always apolizing for the rooms not being cleaned at 2 PM because they had a large check out in the morning . That was every day of our stay starting with our arrival. Breakfast was a very nice assortment, just not enough tables to sit and eat on from when they opened till they closed. Business office was a closet with a fan and ONE computer and one chair. the laundry on the first floor had ONE washer and ONE dryer and a line of those wanting to use them. I asked the front desk about a shuttle to the town sites like the other hotels in the nearby area and they said they are working on that. I asked if there were places of interest near the hotel and the staff offered no knowledge of anything in the area. We were not far from the Yorktown, Moores plantation and other interests that we got directions for from people on the street and in the area who were very friendly. It begins with a helpful staff that makes you believe that Southern Hospitality still exists. The rooms are comfortable and clean with a quiet that suggests a relaxed pace and consideration for others. It was a good stay at a reasonable rate. It would stay again.

Parking was ample, but there were few trees to provide shade to keep the cars cool. Although not the fault of the hotel, current road construction makes access to the hotel difficult. Once road construction is completed, it will be a very nice place to stay, with easy access to the highway.

The room was clean. The staff tried to be helpful and were very pleasant. The staff attempted to placate us by giving us a $10.00 discount on our room. The location is amazing for proximity to historic downtown. The lobby was seedy and unwelcoming. The staff were compelled to treat all guests as though they were untrustworthy. Many guests DID appear untrustworthy. The staff booked us into and gave us working keycards to an occupied room in which guests were already asleep for the night. The staff were compelled to accommodate us in a room that had NO keycards for the door and the electronic lock mechanism would not read any but the cleaning staff's master keycard. So we could not come and go as we pleased because one of us had to always be in the room to let the other person back in. The hotel seemed to attract and cater to a large number of irregularly employed, loud, tobacco smokers.
The price was right. We planned to stay in downtown Charleston, but for some reason the prices for Saturday night were very high. Since it was a 'travel' day we didn't mind staying a few miles away. The location was pretty convenient for an overnight. We were close to restaurants and stores. They didn't include breakfast. May Days Inns offer breakfast, this one had a restaurant attached. They did offer a 10% discount. The food was okay, but it's tough to screw up breakfast.
Close to downtown Charleston Small, few amenities and dirty on the outside. I have seen much cleaner elevators in commercial/business locations
Loud party on our floor, lasting late and concluding with cleaning out the beer bottles at 7 am. Only guessing but allowing smoking in some rooms may help bring the party crowd.
Beware. The hotel says that it takes dogs but what it doesn't tell you until you are there is that you must stay in a smoking room -- even after we contacted the hotel and asked about its pets' policy. We will never book another room at the Days Inn in Mount Pleasant.

Such a classy, clean, comfortable atmosphere. We had a wonderful, relaxing stress-free few days and will return when we visit Charleston.
Staff was super professional and friendly, clean; comfortable beds; very convenient to everything. Great place. 2 am partiers next door woke us up. We were in town for a half marathon, so interrupted sleep was not appreciated. A call to the front desk - and the problem was immediately resolved. The hotel can't help the behavior of its guests - but that's why my stay wasn't five stars.

Room was very clean, uniquely decorated and furnished. Breakfast, while not great, was better than most I've experienced in the States. Great location close to the Market and other sites in downtown Charleston. Easy walking distance. Front desk staff was not very helpful or friendly. Bathroom did not have a fan, the sink water was always luke warm. No coffee machine in room. The price of the room was not worth the value of the room. Parking could be an issue.
The breakfast on the roof top. The location in relationship to downtown Charleston. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The room had too big of furniture for the size of the room, esp the desk area. There was no swimming pool, jacuzzi, etc. Our room location was next to the entrance and it was a bit loud with the comings and goings. The maids started too early to clean rooms and it caused more noise in the hallway.
Location is great - convenient walking distance to all areas. The larger room is perfect for two friendly staff the breakfast is very good and convenient the daily wine and cheese is an added plus! paid parking is convenient when we arrived - the small room we had smelled very moldy - we went back to the office and they gave us a better , larger room our room was in the inner core - so no windows - the good news was that it allowed us to sleep longer in the morning

The location within historic Charleston was convenient to everything. We were able to walk to all of our chosen destinations! The amenities offered were excellent, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable. Would love to go back there and stay longer!! Can't think of anything we did not like.
We were in Charleston for a wedding and stayed 3 nights at Andrew Pinckney Inn. Location was within walking distance of the restaurants, cathedral and aquarium chosen by the wedding couple for the weekend events. Sandy was especially helpful with recommendations and assistance booking a city tour and transportation when we needed it. The hotel was lovely and intimate with just 40 rooms. Beautiful floral arrangements, breakfast on the roof top, fresh cookies and coffee, tea, water and lemonade in the lobby and attention to detail made our stay very memorable. Charleston is well worth the trip! We paid $319 + tax and fees for Friday and Saturday night. $199 + for Sunday night. I returned home to have an e-mail promotion from Snique Away for Andrew Pinckney Inn for $109 per night. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, but now feel that Booking.com was not my best option when booking a hotel. Prime weekend with USC graduation may have played a factor.

Close enough to downtown (literally right across the bridge) to take an $11 Uber every day, yet magically 1/3 the price of downtown hotels. Nothing stood out about the hotel; pretty unmemorable stay.
Nice beds Elevator looked like it was falling apart. Kind of sketchy motel next door. Poor breakfast.
The location was about the only thing good. The room cost $150+ for one night (taxes included). It was very small, not totally clean but not nasty at the same time. Thankfully it was only for one night, not sure I would pay that price again.
The location was great and the room cleanliness was very good. It would have been nice if the hotel had a workout room with some bikes and treadmills.
Great location to the beach. Very secluded, so your eating options are very limited, primarily to restraruants at the resort only, which are all very overpriced. Everything there costs something. The 'free' valet and bell hop service are not actually free. Also costs money to play tennis, play golf, rent a bicycle, and even rent a beach chair.
We traveled up for Spring Break, which I found out is a week earlier than South Carolina's spring break, me and me 9 and 10 year old daughters to visit my parents. The condo was amazing, way bigger and better than I could have imagined! Especially for the price! Next time I will bring more family! We stayed in the Raquet Club Villas, I absolutely loved the decor, and the attention to detail to make the stay comfortable. Providing the necessities with trash bags, pots and pans, laundry detergent etc. Especially that they tell you what all is provided before so you don't have to pack it and show up and see that you really could have packed those other cute shoes you wanted to bring, bug has to sacrifice the suitcase space for dawn dish soap ha! #girlproblems Everyone was super friendly, staff and even the people staying there too! I also really appreciate the extra security features at the gate, made me feel much more secure knowing the people at the gate were actually checking to make sure you actually were supposed to be there. Since I am a single mom with two young kids, it really meant a lot to me! So many times you see people at gates that just wave at you as you go through, I saw one review that didn't like that because maybe they didn't have the proper pass when they first got there. But before you arrive you get an email outlining all of that and there is an attachment that you have to print out that is your entrance to the gate, so I had no problem at all! Overall I was very impressed with the whole experience! Will definitely be back again! The only thing that I would maybe do differently next time is schedule a time when it's more of the prime season. We went on our spring break here in Oklahoma which is actually a week earlier than the schools there, so there was quite a bit of construction going on on the pavilion to the private beach area, couple pools were closed, etc. Which I totally understand it makes sense to do the maintenance repairs when it's an off season, that's good business sense. So really it was not doing my homework before hand. Or even if there was a schedule stating that these are our winter dates and hours etc. Or even if there was an indoor pool would have been fantastic. Another thing is the bike rentals are pretty steep on price, for me and my daughters to rent bikes for a day it was $80, I don't regret it though we had a blast! Also the island adventures place where you can get information on little excursions and carriage rides was closed on Tues and Weds, which I wish I would have known before hand because we would have stopped in on Monday, but with not knowing that we went and had dinner etc and then decided to go on wed only to find out they were closed and since we were flying out early Friday morning it only have us one day to set stuff up to do. To sum it up I think if there was a posting of hours and peak season times would help tremendously! But now I know for next time, and there will definetely be a next time!
Extremely well maintained favility withbright, trained staff. Luxiry resort in premium location. Pooll ules need to be enforced by staff. Adults and k7ds playing football at beach pools,with hard leather footballs veey rude no concern for safety of other guests. Two or three towel staffers sitting at kiosks are not greatest use of personnel when they could,easily check pools and enforce states rules. Addingan adult only got fun near quiet pool would be great.
Surprisingly large condo for the price. I will definitely be back with more family next time. This trip was a long weekend with just three of us. We had a great time with nearby activities and wandering through Charleston. The beach is beautiful. Charleston and Isle of Palms is sweet, southern charm meets the sand.

I stayed at the Boardwalk Inn, just me and my 8 yr old son. The room was plenty spacious, clean, and convenient to the beach. Plenty of options for eating if you don't want to leave the resort, but of course the food on-site is pricey, you are paying for convenience not necessarily excellent quality food. We had a great time and would stay there again. Parking is convenient and free which is nice. I used the valet service and found the valets to be very friendly and helpful. Everyone I encountered was very nice, friendly and helpful. We were there during the weekdays, so it wasn't overly crowded, but I had no problems checking in or out. I ordered room service for breakfast and it was always delivered in the timeframe requested. I used the resorts beach rental service for chair/umbrella to be set up on the beach and it was so nice and convenient not to have to lug my own stuff all over. Oh and fyi, you do not have to pack your own beach towels like I did, which take up space in the bags as they provide 1 per person and you can change it out anytime you want at several convenient locations. No complaints here! Had a great time and would stay there again.
The two-bedroom condo was homey and comforting. We loved having a screened in porch that overlooked the marina. Perfect getaway! Beach was not easily accessible. We had trouble finding parking and where to access. Needed coffee filters for coffee pot.
The view was awesome. The room was beautiful. Everything you wanted while you were not at home was in this room. His and her sinks, large tub, washer and dryer. Did I mention a beautiful view! My husband and I were harassed by a gentleman at the gate who did not want to let us in and was rude. Prior we went in another gated entrance (wrong one) and the woman reacted negatively but was okay once we asked to just turn around. In addition the check in time is way too late! Eating options are limited and gratuity @ 20% along with delivery fees. In addition I believe I was bitten by a bedbug.

The location and the beach are beautiful. Everything is in place for a fantastic resort. The staff was slow and unresponsive across the board. Took way too long for service at every single venue, no one worse than the other, as if this is the way they are instructed. The food products served were bland, expensive, and unattractive, yet priced as if they were prepared in a 5 star kitchen. The staff uniforms looked more like they worked in an Applebees than at a $300+ dollar a night resort. The signs and directions around the resort are difficult to follow if it is your first time there.
