The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Totally met my needs. I just didn't do anything at the hotel but sleep because I had meetings elsewhere No knowledge of other amenities. Great location.
Location was great. View was incredible. Rooms were noisy from the air conditioner and extremely humid. We felt wet almost the entire time. The carpet in the hallway of the 3rd floor where we stayed was dirty and had a very unpleasant odor. The fridge in the room was old and very tiny. No microwave at all. The concierge gave us some bad information and caused us to miss the only chance we had for a particular tour. Overall not a great experience and certainly not worth what we paid for the week.
Proximity to the historic water front of Charleston. Cost of meals
Everything was clean Had to up grade to get a room with a view of the pool. Additional charges for transport and internet even though they said it was complimentary. Silly charges for food and drinks in the room. Wanted to leave a day early and had to pay a charge of 50 dollars. Some of the staff won the deak seemed to be inexperienced when dealing with customers. Position of the hotel means you have to drive to eat in the evenings.
The rooms are nice but the carpet in the hallway and rooms desperately needs replacing. The concept of the resort is lovely but it is shop worn ! Too much money for the product!
We absolutely loved our stay here!! Very clean, friendly staff, amazing view of the harbor!!
I felt very comfortable and safe. It is right on the water. The staff were very accomadating.
I loved the employees and the luxury of my room no
Friendly staff, great food, location by the river Paying for parking, and we did not have a shower curtain, complained that nite & stilll did not receive one. Had to take a bath.
location is great Had to make three requests over two days to get someone to come and fix the safe. Party with a band, not a very good one, was extremely noisy on Thursday night until 10PM.
Very clean resort with the most breathtaking views of the Charleston harbor. The resort was immaculate with fast friendly service. So close to everything Charleston has to offer. Will definitely visit again.
Close to golf and sailing Very poor breakfast, some of the staff has not been friendly nor attentive, difficult to get taxis, internet connection frequently broken
proximity to interstate & downtown Charleston

There were a couple of things that made the stay unacceptable for what we paid: a) the room had a very bad musty smell; b) the elevator had not been inspected since 2014. Not sure if that is a state issue or an issue for the hotel, but it makes me uneasy
I booked this hotel simply on the location based on I wanted to be close to Patriots Point baseball field. It was great for that. Hotel is a dump. Rooms are non smoking. Clearly for a decade or longer they must have been smoking because it just smelled bad. I rented two rooms both were the same. No ice machine in hotel. Wifi signal weak. You get what you pay for in this hotel.

It was quiet and the beds were clean and comfortable. The person at the front desk, was extremely personable and helpful. Great location, easy in and out. Wish they had a swimming pool, but other than that nothing.
Staff was super professional and friendly, clean; comfortable beds; very convenient to everything. Great place. 2 am partiers next door woke us up. We were in town for a half marathon, so interrupted sleep was not appreciated. A call to the front desk - and the problem was immediately resolved. The hotel can't help the behavior of its guests - but that's why my stay wasn't five stars.
Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect!!
Such a classy, clean, comfortable atmosphere. We had a wonderful, relaxing stress-free few days and will return when we visit Charleston.
We got the room for an excellent price, and hats of to the manager who very kindly let us check in early after a long day of driving. The location was great, the room was comfortable, and the kids loved the pool. We appreciated the breakfast and late check-out. There are no signs tellin guests where the hotel is! We had a man ask us in the parking lot if we'd seen the hotel because he was having a hard time finding it! Also the housekeeping staff asked if we wanted to change our own sheets when we requested a sheet change on the kids bed. It was rude and unprofessional.
On one day the room was not serviced. I complained to the reception staff and a deduction was made to the bill, no hassel. The breakfast was not as good as Best Western, could have been better.
location by the water and the park. location of hotel was hard to find at first.
My husband and our 3 sons have been staying at CHS Place for the past 15 years. They've become like our second family. Too ALL of our friends in "TheClub" and beyond you will always be the the main reason for us to return 4-5 times a year! The Reddy 5
Enjoyed the ambience and attention of staff. Excellent gym and spa area. Perfect location for shopping and dining. Lack of in room movies.
Our room was on the top floor and absolutely gorgeous from the room itself to the bathroom to the breathtaking view! It was perfect and exceeded my expectations! There was nothing not to like! I'd stay there again and again!
Ken, on the Club Floor always provides incredible service. He makes your stay! Frank is no longer there. You will not find a better location, or staff on the hotel side. The spa service is sub-standard, and over-priced. Therapists were not attentive to requests, and hearing complaints about their job because they didn't receive benefits, was unsettling. Urban Nirvana in Charleston offers the best service. Consider opting for their spa at Wentworth Mansion. The service and value trump Charleston Place, any day. Also the spa charged a 20% tip without notifying me, and overcharged for the services rendered. The spa therapists aren't Belmond Charleston Place employees, and are quick in letting you know that.
Hotel was beautiful and opulent. Historic setting in the middle of the old Charleston. Restaurant was excellent and rooms were both beautiful and spacious. Staff was extremely courteous and pleasant. We had air conditioning problems that repeatedly left the room without cooling in 90 degree weather.
Everything was very nice and we stayed in just a normal room. Very spacious with a very comfortable bed and lovely linens and plenty of bath linens, checking twice a day to make your bed and have everything fresh again by bedtime. Staff was friendly and efficient. The bar was quite lively when we were there on the weekend and a lovely brunch. A great location. The only complaint or oddity was how the bath sinks were made. If you were short or a child they would be taller than most with the sink further back. Both my husband and I noticed. The room was otherwise lovely.
The rooms was beautiful and completely decked out. The staff was kind, curious, willing to help, and helped us coordinate between my girlfriend and I as we prepared in separate areas of town for a wedding I was in and needed to check in earlier. The room was extremely clean and the staff was extremely nice! No need to go to their bar or cafe, the prices of everything are unnecessarily high just because they are by luxury stores or something. They are $20 for everything, no lie. Do yourself a favor and go to any of the amazing restaurants in the area that you can more than easily walk to!
Beautiful facility. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was excellent and friendly. Perfect location. Repeated air conditioning problems in our room.
The staff was excellent and extremely friendly. There was nothing we didn't like
Every item in the room was first rate and luxurious. The traffic noise was very loud throughout the night
Room was clean. No mini fridge, thecstaff was less than warm, and you coukd hear everything outside and in the next room.
Recently renovated, clean. Staff was very pleasant & helpful. The location is very safe -- low crime rate. The staff was overworked. On Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, the busiest weekend of the year, there was only one person on the property. The young man did an outstanding job handling a Herculean task. He was helpful & responsive to non-stop customers looking for a room. The general manager said that someone had called in sick and she couldn't get someone else in to help. Really? It was cruel an unusual punishment for the employee.
We stayed here for one night. Decided to stay here mainly because of price and we were only going to be there for about 12 hours. Everything was fine. Had we been staying for a longer period of time, we would likely have picked elsewhere but for a 1-2 night stay where we didn't plan on being in the room much, this place worked great. No iron, no breakfast, small shower, Small room
Location and dog friendly Way they billed. Added on extras then took a few days to credit the card. If I had not said anything it would have stayed on Also no vanity in bathroom only small sink. Nowhere to put toiletries large space under door. Things blew in.
Clean room, easy check in and check out, great location - convenient to Charleston and Mt Pleasant. none
The rate was excellent, and it's a very convenient location for us. The last two times we stayed the room was missing the TV remote, but both times the staff brought it right away.
The office space and the king size bed were great. This location is perfectly located to everything wi-fi is not that good. it went in and out. Everything else was great.
everything was great, no problems
Place clean and quiet. Just needed a shower and clean sheets. No coffee in the room
The location is great, right outside of Charleston with easy access to/from. The room had upgrades for a better "look" but was a basic room that suited a 1-2 night stay. A mini-fridge would have been nice and the pool looked like it needed scrubbing but we weren't there for the pool anyway.
Our stay was very uncomfortable. The beds were displayed nice and clean but they were extremely uncomfortable. We didnt have any soap samples so we couldn't even wash our hands. We didn't sleep at all that night and ended up canceling our 2nd night stay.
Clean A lot of truckers and Mecican laborers They were cooking out most of the evening on grills in the parking lot. They were smoking hams and the smoke was overwhelming in such a confined area. This hotel caters mainly to laborers and business travelers

Your staff was amazing! Need additional parking.
Location and full kitchen. Rusted bathtub, water leak from the bathroom ceiling, bathroom light didn't work, not enough parking.

Location was a prime reason for selecting. Close to bridge to downtown Charleston and beaches and grocery / casual eating and shopping. Management moved us to a bigger room, for the same rate after a couple of nights in a room w/a single queen bed. The room w/a single queen bed was too tight around one side of the bed making it very hard to get in and out of during the night (for elderly who get up frequently)! The tub was very slippery and water was left standing after showering. A tub mat was ..
Great location near the Ravenal Bridge, easy access to Charleston area. The noise carried all over. A large group for a family reunion was heard at all hours, and the front desk said the could only try to have them quiet down. Fan in bathroom was also broken leaving a lot of moisture in it.
Location and room size. Comfortable beds. Abrasive manner of desk clerk. Uncleanliness of room.
2 separate bedrooms with 2 separate bathrooms Filthy carpets, furniture so dirty I placed a towel over sofa so I could sit down; telephone in bedroom not working, no change of towels or wash cloths during stay
The location & proximity to the venue where I was attending a conference was best. The one young lady on night shift when I checked in and the night I had a maintenance issue was helpful. The safety latch on the door had been broken off; the surface of the tub was peeling away in chunks; maintenance was not available for an electrical issue until the next day; one lamp was broken and the bed pillows were tiny: not standard size.

Great location. Was only a short drive to downtown Charleston. Could get anywhere in downtown in roughly 10 minutes. The room was not very clean. It had the last person's old coffee in the maker, soap from previous stay and other remnants from the last customer. The staff gave us a 'complimentary' upgrade, but it was really because they were overbooked.
The full kitchen. inadequate parking ----had to park across the street at another hotel.
Excellent location, very nice atmosphere of southern hospitality ( complimentary daily wine tasting, evening sherry/brandy ), helpful staff the room was very nice but little small and the door its' could be better noise insulated. However, it wasn't big problem , as the clientelle are mostly older people and everybody went to sleep by 10pm.
historica element na
Friendly, responsive staff. Lovely room. Location of hotel - did not take the car out during four-day stay.
Large well apportioned room. VERY dated bathroom with refrigerator under the bathroom sink!
The stay was excellent. Very convenient for sightseeing, shopping and dining Would stay again.
The service, historical building, evening wine, comfortable room, walking distance to many sites Construction, poor television reception
The location is great, the atmosphere is excellent, and the staff are very accomodating. I would have liked to have a better desk.
The courtyard, the breakfast, the staff Ad said free parking and we had to pay $12.00
I loved the location of the hotel, close to everything and just off King Street, the best shopping in the city. The rooms were spacious and clean, and hotel seems to accommodate a lot of people. The Swamp Fox restaurant was very good for breakfast. A wide variety on the menu with a Starbucks just outside of in, still in the hotel. The hotel is very noisy at night due to screaming and honking of horns on the main road-and I was on the 7th floor. I wish the hotel had a free continental breakfast and that you did not have to walk a block to get to the hotel parking, which is the city garage.
Cleanliness. Location. Bathroom was tight but clean.
Location! A bit tired, could use the next update. Will definitely stay again.
Bedding was comfortable and overall furnishings were updated Small Bathroom
The beds were so comfortable and cozy and we did not hear any of the traffic on King Street on the 10th floor. It was very clean and our view was great. Could not beat the ideal location in Charleston plus a great parking garage. Very nice staff and overall it was a great experience. I will book again very soon. The bathroom we had was very small and reminded me of a cruise ship but we were only there for two nights so it was not a big deal with my daughter.
Free Water and convenience Lack of air flow in the bathroom.
The Frances Marion is to Charleston what the Peabody is to Memphis, the Edwards is to Jackson, Miss., and the Reed House to Chattanooga. All are hotel with history and character. More than that, all the staff at the Frances Marion could not have been nicer. Liked it all.
Friendly staff Paying for parking, no coffee in lobby, no free breakfast
The hotel is dated and worn out. The rooms are small and very old. The bathroom is only large enough for one person and the plumbing is ancient. The hotel is overpriced for what you get. The manager was not at all accommodating when we didn't get the type of room we booked. I would never stay at this hotel again.
good location They upgraded our room because they didn't have the original room we booked upon arrival. We were staying 5 days. after two days they kicked us out of the upgraded room and moved us to a room half the size saying that the room they upgraded us to was already booked beyond our current stay. This put a damper on the remainder of our stay at the hotel due to the room being a little too small for two people Also the other guest in the hotel that had business meetings were very rude and arrogant and continually blocked the top of the stairways coming up to the main lobby.
Rooms clean, large and well furnished. Staff was great, from the bellman to the valet to the front desk. Starbucks in lower lobby a nice feature. Hallways have some deferred maintenance.
Very good location, convenient to all downtown activities and historic features, clean, traditional atmosphere, courteous staff, reasonably priced, built-in restaurant and very interesting and sociable host with a foreign accent. January 5 was a cold night and the room was chilly with no extra blankets, and the thermostat didn't seem to help. The cost for parking in the adjacent garage seems a bit excessive two half days and one night $17. Kind of like the golf course with $5 green fees and $50 golf balls.
This hotel is across from a golf course in a very peaceful location on Patriots Point. the free hot breakfast was aswesome! The rooms were very clean and they have brand new bathrooms. My family went to the USS Yorktown which is right down the street. Most Charleston hotels are very expensive and this one is only 3 minutes away from the historic district. Would totally stay here everytime I come to Chrleston!!!
The rooms were clean and neat. The location was convenient to Charleston (a 5-10 minute drive over a beautiful bridge), and to the ferry and museums at Patriort's Point. Best of all, the breakfast was hearty, hot and plentiful, replenished throught the morning. All in all a great bargain for the Charleston area.
This place was what we were looking for. Was just my daughter and me - we were looking for something between downtown Charleston and Isle of Palms. Hotel was pretty clean and staff was courteous. Was a good value.
Very convenient to beach and downtown. Nice breakfast w/ hot and cold items with a good variety for all tastes, They even had flavored creamers for the coffee. Lobby area and breakfast area nicely appointed, Check in staff was nice. Rooms w/ 2 queens were a nice size. We couldn't get the Internet to work and rooms smelled musty/damp. Had to run AC or low heat to keep air circulating and bathroom had no ventilation. Very foggy and added to the dampness. I think the hotel was nice overall and we enjoyed the pool too, but our towels wouldn't dry, even overnight hanging on the closet rack. I'd go again because of price, location and Breakfast.
Great place to stay. Right next to the bridge, so very easy to get to town. The staff very nice and breakfast was great. The rooms were very comfortable. We would recommend it to everyone.
We have stayed in many hotels over the past year, & this was one of the more disappointing experiences we had. The lobby area was very small, although seemed somewhat modern. There was only one woman checking people in & answering the phone. She was competent, but looked like she was going to cry any minute. The room was okay. Really nothing special, especially for a three star hotel. A mini fridge would have been nice. Bedding was dated & didn't look as luxurious as many of the other hotels we have stayed in. The bathroom was small & cheap looking. A bug crawled across the floor, & the complimentary shampoo & conditioner bottles were left in the tub from the previous guest. The hot breakfast buffet was a plus, although cramped. & the orange juice was awful. All in all, it was just 'okay'. Not good, & not bad.
This is our 4th time staying here. We love this place, always friendly, very clean, and a wonderful breakfast!! Will definitely be back..
We were very impressed with this hotel for the price we paid for it. Very nice, clean room with comfortable beds & pillows. Quiet hotel, delicious breakfast with a great variety of food including freshly scrambled eggs. Very convenient location as well for accessing either Charleston, Mt. Pleasant, or the beaches. Highly recommend it.
Great place to stay, clean and quiet with a buffet breakfast included. Our only comment is that they need to use better fitted sheets on the beds. Our sheets kept pulling up.
The attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff was what stood out to me. In fact, my young son left his phone charger plugged into the wall outlet and did not realize it until we were halfway home. I called the front desk and told them what had happened. One of the maids had found it and turned it in. The hotel paid to have the phone charger mailed to my home address using next day air service. They met and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return to that hotel on future visits.
The suite we got was not like the one shown in the photograph. The lobby also was not nearly what the photograph showed. The pool was extremely small. The hotel wasn't very well-maintained. The room had mold around the ceiling in the bathroom, wallpaper peeling, stuff on the walls, etc. It also had an odor to the room that we could not get rid of. The lobby stair rails had worn paint and needed repainting. The breakfast included was acceptable.
When I arrived at the hotel it turned out that the two rooms I have reserved were noted as for the previous night on the Hotel?s system. The Hotel was able to accommodate my family for the night of arrival. The Hotel confirmed that there will be no show charge charged to my credit card. They told me that the only charges that I would be responsible for are the charges for my actual stay. Despite these confirmations, the hotel did charge me for the ?no-show? fee that they promised me they would not charge. I have requested the hotel management to reverse the charges for the nights that I have not stayed at the hotel and I had the confirmation that my card would not be charged. Management has refused to do so. The charges are under dispute with the credit card. I would not recommend anybody staying at this hotel as the staff is disorganized. Poor-poor customer service.
The price was right. We planned to stay in downtown Charleston, but for some reason the prices for Saturday night were very high. Since it was a 'travel' day we didn't mind staying a few miles away. The location was pretty convenient for an overnight. We were close to restaurants and stores. They didn't include breakfast. May Days Inns offer breakfast, this one had a restaurant attached. They did offer a 10% discount. The food was okay, but it's tough to screw up breakfast.
Clean, friendly staff Beds were very hard
The room was clean. The staff tried to be helpful and were very pleasant. The staff attempted to placate us by giving us a $10.00 discount on our room. The location is amazing for proximity to historic downtown. The lobby was seedy and unwelcoming. The staff were compelled to treat all guests as though they were untrustworthy. Many guests DID appear untrustworthy. The staff booked us into and gave us working keycards to an occupied room in which guests were already asleep for the night. The staff were compelled to accommodate us in a room that had NO keycards for the door and the electronic lock mechanism would not read any but the cleaning staff's master keycard. So we could not come and go as we pleased because one of us had to always be in the room to let the other person back in. The hotel seemed to attract and cater to a large number of irregularly employed, loud, tobacco smokers.
Nothing Poor staff, air con didn't work and no action taken!! Rooms, smelly and dirty..
Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great. Guest laundry worked very well. Facility is older.
Location Bugs in room
Beware. The hotel says that it takes dogs but what it doesn't tell you until you are there is that you must stay in a smoking room -- even after we contacted the hotel and asked about its pets' policy. We will never book another room at the Days Inn in Mount Pleasant.
Close to downtown Charleston Small, few amenities and dirty on the outside. I have seen much cleaner elevators in commercial/business locations
Loud party on our floor, lasting late and concluding with cleaning out the beer bottles at 7 am. Only guessing but allowing smoking in some rooms may help bring the party crowd.
Not much Everything
Location was good. Bed was comfy. Obviously an older hotel with maintenance issues. Major roof leak in our room that was never addressed & we couldn't be moved to another room because hotel was full. Walls were thin -- we could hear people on both sides of us including bathroom noises! TV quality so poor we couldn't watch it. Mediocre free breakfast was packed with people and not enough seating. We would not stay here again.
Good Location Room cleanliness TV quality Noisy Refrigerator (had to be disconnected)
Room was clean, staff was friendly, location was great. TV remote didn't work. Phone in the room didn't work. A/C cut on and off and did not cool the room nearly enough. The room stayed hot, making it difficult to sleep.
All of the employee were helpful and very nice. We really enjoyed our stay there. The eggs did not taste very good. All the other food was good.
The staff was the only thing I liked about the hotel. They were really nice. The beds had hair in the sheets and dirt. Bug in the shower, all but one plug worked, and the shower took forever to drain so really you are taking a shower plus bath at the same time. Canceled the second night and got a new hotel room
Beds were very comfy! Breakfast was delicious. Inaccurate check in time and front desk staff was rude about it. Every other staff person I met was very nice.
Convenient location Rooms have obviously been recently updated Decent wifi Decent breakfast Friendly staff at check in Good value for the money
Staff was extremely friendly and facilities were clean. The gym was very nice.
Location. It is difficult to find, but once found location good. Mattresses need to be replaced or at least turned. Both beds had broken down edges where people had sat. Only one easy chair and it not comfortable. Chair at desk too large for area and always in way. Lobby personnel snarly and curt. Not welcoming or friendly. We arrived hour or so before three and woman at desk was rude and acted as if we were invading her private space. Then we were made to wait until others that arrived after us were checked in to their rooms. Breakfast bacon thin, greasy and over done, sausage not cooked enough and eggs cold. We were there three mornings, but did not eat there after first morning. Coffee packets provided in the room extremely difficult to open when no cutting device available. We would not stay there again.
This hotel was perfect for a quick beach getaway. The room was recently remodeled, so it felt new & fresh which is hard to find in a hotel that isn't super-expensive. It was close to everything...beach, Shem Creek, grocery store, restaurants, downtown Charleston. I would definitely recommend this hotel & would stay here again. Not a big deal, but the breakfast bar could be arranged better for a smoother flow.
I loved the turn down service each night.
Great location. Friendly staff. Large rooms. Roof top bar was a lovely spot for a late afternoon drink and to watch the sunset over charleston. The first room we checked into was smelly and overlooked a parking lot. Terrible room but the hotel was quick to relocate us to a much better room. For the price we paid for our room the first room should not have been given to us. A subpar room for a superior hotel.
Beautiful hotel, great location, great service! Definitely will be back!
Valet and Bellmen were on point, room was comfortable, location was good. Check-in staff was a little stuffy, room window was beside auxiliary generator that came on very loudly while we were there, and a parking deck, NO VIEW AT ALL! Got a text ahead of time to let me know we would be getting a high floor with a view only to get just the opposite. The rooftop bar and restaurant was more of a tourist destination with the feel of a national restaurant chain. Due to the rooftop situation the elevator was crowded and slow.
Character and charm were fantastic and the staff were attentive and always willing to give a hand. Danny's help in the lobby area couldn't have been better!
This is a first rate hotel! Will not stay anywhere else in Charleston. If you want the ultimate Charleston experience it is a must to stay at the Market Pavillion.
The location was great and the room cleanliness was very good. It would have been nice if the hotel had a workout room with some bikes and treadmills.
The location was about the only thing good. The room cost $150+ for one night (taxes included). It was very small, not totally clean but not nasty at the same time. Thankfully it was only for one night, not sure I would pay that price again.
Close enough to downtown (literally right across the bridge) to take an $11 Uber every day, yet magically 1/3 the price of downtown hotels. Nothing stood out about the hotel; pretty unmemorable stay.
The breakfast, manager's reception, staff and room were excellent The hotel was about 8 blocks out of central Charleston.
The location was great short walk to market and to shops on King. Breakfast was good and happy hour in the evening was too. It was hard to control temperature in the room. There is no free parking. $22 a day for vala parking.
The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The location was fantastic and the building itself was really beautiful. Our room was really quite disappointing. There were no windows and it was constantly damp, no matter how high the ac was cranked. It did smell really musty, like a basement. The room was really run down, too. Paint and wallpaper peeling in the bathroom, beat up furniture. It was ok. But for the money we expected a "nice" hotel.
Had a great day. Hotel is beautiful and in the perfect location. We walked to the visitors center and downtown. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pillows were too soft and lumpy. Need firm pillows.
Location was spectacular with easy access to all of what is great about Charleston, the College or Charleston, restaurants, shops farmers market out your door, and much more.
Very good location, but so much to see we walked almost 10 miles in one day. Didn't have enough time to see everything we wanted. I guess that means another trip.
Location was excellent for city sites and dining. Internet was a pain. Had to keep going through the Hampton steps to reconnect because it kicked us off when we tried to use our tablets.
The price and location were good The room was clean but the mattresses need replacing. That is the most important thing to expect a good sleep and Hampton Inn fell short.
The location was great I was given a smoking room and did not know until I got there. I was also charged MORE than the standard rate.
Location, friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness. Price.
Loved it was there for a wedding and the location is so convent . We walked to king street for dinner and loved having the parking garage there
Great breakfast! The coffee station that seemed to be available the entire time we were there was fantastic! A little bit on the pricey side but great overall.
My first trip to South Carolina. Loved Charleston for the two nights we were visiting……Will stay longer next time and bring my husband along. Also, 3 night stay in IOP - beautiful..
The staff was amazing. They booked us in a room that someone was staying in. For the inconvenience they compted us two tickets to any of the following two places: horse drawn carriage ride at palmetto carriages, tickets to Fort Sumpter, or tickets to the aquarium. The continental breakfast was good, but possibly due to the extensive amount of food they offered it lacked greatly on taste. I didn't like that they didn't have their own parking lot. We shared a parking deck with public parking and the cost was $16/day.
