Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and friendly, helpful staff, especially for solo travelers and families. However, many reviews mention that the rooms are small, not always clean, and do not match the photos online. There are frequent complaints about poor value for money, hidden charges, and overpriced amenities. Breakfast is often described as basic or disappointing, and some guests were dissatisfied with the service, citing uncooperative receptionists and issues with requests. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service are appreciated, improvements are needed in room quality, transparency, and amenities.
