Pros (+) 2 blocks from the U2 subway line next to shops & restaurants on Augustenstr. 5 blocks to the Löwenbräu city brewery/restaurant about 2km to the Oktoberfest and about 2km from Marienplatz full-sized shower curtain (not one of those glass half-partitions)
