Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful and peaceful location by the river, with many highlighting the serene environment, lush gardens, and excellent views from the rooms. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, attentiveness, and personalized service, with several guests mentioning positive experiences with chefs and front desk staff. Cleanliness and maintenance were generally appreciated, though a few guests noted areas for improvement. However, some guests felt the property did not offer good value for the price, citing issues such as room size, outdated amenities, and limited experiences due to external factors like safari bans. Food, especially breakfast, received mixed reviews, with some guests dissatisfied with quality and variety. Overall, the hotel is highly regarded for its location, service, and atmosphere, but there are areas for improvement in value and dining.
