Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring Nantwich and nearby attractions. The staff were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, contributing positively to guests' experiences. Cleanliness was also noted as a strong point, with several reviews mentioning tidy and well-maintained rooms. However, noise was a recurring issue, particularly due to the hotel's proximity to function rooms, thin walls, and street noise, especially on weekends. Room sizes and layouts received mixed feedback, with some guests finding them spacious and others describing them as small or awkwardly designed. Overall, the positives of location, service, and cleanliness stood out most.
