Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime location, making it easy to explore downtown Napa and enjoy river views. Many found the staff to be helpful, efficient, and friendly, with several individual staff members singled out for exceptional service. Cleanliness and room comfort were also highlighted as positives. However, some guests noted outdated facilities, occasional service lapses, and issues with amenities such as fireplaces, showers, and breakfast options. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, with location and service standing out.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Went with wheelchair. Despite an old hotel, everything looked new, although maintaining the old fashion look, and barrier-free. Right restaurants on the block, right behind is the river with paved ramps and walkways, perfect for strolling in a wheelchair. Breakfast room service comes standard with the stay. Best wheelchair vacation.
