Pros (+) Staff was very friendly and accommodating; location of the hotel was perfectly central to the water front, water park, restaurants, casino, etc.; lots of fun; food was decent but expensive as you could imagine. Island cocktail drinks we generously made; great place for families or couples
Cons (-) The hotel facilities, rooms, and some common areas of the Royal need to be updated and/or renovated. Places like the new Baha Mar can now compete because if this.
