Pros (+) At many hotels both local And international when you provide teas and coffee in a room you are given water. To be told that because I booked my room online I could not get water was rather underwhelming to say the least. There was no compromise or even follow up. A few staff were nice but the flooring needs to be redone in the halls as you could hear EVERY step anyone made. There could be some upd...
Cons (-) I certainly won’t be staying here again. Breakfast options need to be more diverse and the lines when the pelican room was closed made for a longer wait time. Also WiFi kept reconnecting.

Pros (+) Hotel was terrible. Staff was rude and unhelpful about everything. Rooms and facilities are motel quality are best. Food was literally uneatable. Don't waste your time or money on this one. Not much less expensive than Atlantis beach tower, which is better option.
