The staff was really friendly and the check in was very fast. We also liked the free drop off at the ferry terminal so we didn’t need to pay for a cab. They also do free pickups or car delivery to the ferry station which we didn’t know before.Reviewed 1 Oct 2024

The only complaint I have is that the SUV had little pick-up to navigate the mountainous terrain of Wyoming and neighboring states. It dragged going uphill. Rental cars for these areas should have larger or stronger engines.Reviewed 17 Sept 2024

They tried to give us a vehicle that was smaller than what we requested for the same rate. Then they gave us a vehicle that didn’t hold the amount of luggage that was advertised. We had to put luggage on some of the seats and in between the front seat and next row of seats.Reviewed 13 Sept 2024
