If you keep your expectations reasonable, and your attitude high, you will love your stay. Staff was wonderful. The location is beautiful. Our chalet was partially upgraded and very spacious. Some of the choices in decorating and what they decided to upgrade we found quite amusing, like a bathroom sink at the front door and the toilet upstairs bath that was built for kindergartners. Pros (+) Service was good
Cons (-) Did not have blackout curtains like other hotel/motels have. Just blinds and the outside lights at night came in bright to our room.

Pros (+) The facility and grounds are very nice. We booked a chalet and were not impressed with the cat urine smell in the cabin. Beds were uncomfortable. Water pressure issues as well including loud screeching noises when using the bathroom faucet. This place could be amazing but needs a good over-haul to some of the buildings.
