Pros (+) The hotel was as clean as any hotel in U.S. We weren't expecting that high of a standard. The staff was very friendly and responsive. Also, the breakfast was excellent with choice of American style or Indian foods. Good value for the money
Cons (-) The car service provided by the hotel on request was almost double the cost of what we could get privately.
