The room had its own A/C controls and was very quiet. There were really no complaints on the property, there was one front desk attendant who was a little less than warm in their demeanor but was never rude. We have stayed in many New Orleans hotels, and this was a good experience.

Front desk was wonderful - valet staff was wonderful - entire experience was wonderful - First place I’ve stayed in NOLA that I would make a hard effort to rebook. Will be recommending to all who ask - as well as those who don’t.

Pros (+) Rooms were clean and spacious. Bed linens were very nice. The inner courtyard is beautiful, expecially in the morning during breakfast. Next time we'll reserve a room on the courtyard. Our room faced Decatur St, but was quiet at night.

Pros (+) Very nice hotel lots of good things about it including location and cleanliness and most staff
Cons (-) Very rude and noisy maid staff in the early mornings and no follow up from management at all after I complained

Pros (+) Perfect location, very nice rooms and beautiful pool area. Staff was incredible and probably the nicest pet friendly hotel I have ever stayed in. Very close to all the fun, Harrah's casino, Cafe du Monde, house of blues, Bourbon St. We walked everywhere had a blast and never even thought about a cab.
Cons (-) Nothing, the hotel was great and New Orleans is one of my new favorite cities on the planet!
