Many reviews highlighted the friendly and helpful staff, contributing positively to their stay. However, several guests expressed concerns about cleanliness, with specific mentions of musty odors, bed bugs, and stained linens. James, Apr 2025
The room had its own A/C controls and was very quiet. There were really no complaints on the property, there was one front desk attendant who was a little less than warm in their demeanor but was never rude. We have stayed in many New Orleans hotels, and this was a good experience.

Front desk was wonderful - valet staff was wonderful - entire experience was wonderful - First place I’ve stayed in NOLA that I would make a hard effort to rebook. Will be recommending to all who ask - as well as those who don’t.

Pros (+) Rooms were clean and spacious. Bed linens were very nice. The inner courtyard is beautiful, expecially in the morning during breakfast. Next time we'll reserve a room on the courtyard. Our room faced Decatur St, but was quiet at night.
