Pros (+) Staff members were helpful and friendly. Rooms were nice and roomy. Hotel was in excellent condition. It was close to Canal Street to view the parades.
Cons (-) Breakfast offerings. Other Hyatt’s have free breakfast. You would think that because the Centric is on the high end that breakfast would be offered. Chuck and the bar staff was excellent. The food was great.

Cons (-) Us very noissy, Trucks and service vehicles work oitside of the hotel every morning at 5 am. The hotel May change the windows for a sound proof windows.

Everyone I spoke with wanted to make sure we were taken care of and it felt like they were willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Cons (-) I made a reservation on a busy weekend. When I arrived at the front desk told me they were overbooked and I did not have a room. There were no other hotels available so I went back to the airport, slept they're all night and purchased a ticket for a flight home.
