Pros (+) Staff members were helpful and friendly. Rooms were nice and roomy. Hotel was in excellent condition. It was close to Canal Street to view the parades.
Cons (-) Breakfast offerings. Other Hyatt’s have free breakfast. You would think that because the Centric is on the high end that breakfast would be offered. Chuck and the bar staff was excellent. The food was great.

Pros (+) The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. Everyone I spoke with wanted to make sure we were taken care of and it felt like they were willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy. I had a small reception for my wedding at The Redfish Grill that's attached to the hotel and it was a great experience. I believe our waitress was Anne or Anna and she was very kind, personable, and provid...
Cons (-) The only con I have for the hotel is the Powdered Sugar cafe attached to the hotel. My husband and I didn't get our orders on time (in a busy setting, I would understand. There were only two or three other tables seated) and what we did get was continually incorrect with no apology or explanation. At some point my plate was taken from me without saying anything with my fork still on it where I had...

Cons (-) I made a reservation on a busy weekend. When I arrived at the front desk told me they were overbooked and I did not have a room. There were no other hotels available so I went back to the airport, slept they're all night and purchased a ticket for a flight home.
