Pros (+) My first time staying at a Holiday Inn Express. Was quite pleased with this hotel. Friendly staff. Easy access to the surrounding shops and restaurants. Very clean.
Pros (+) The hotel was clean. Friendly breakfast staff.
Cons (-) Fire alarm went off in our room for no reason & the staff did not know how to silence it. Housekeeping never came to our room. After a long day I had to call the front desk at 10PM to ask for clean towels and washcloths; we were brought towels and hand towels (no washcloths).
