The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent. For the price it was expected- small outdated room, but the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Pros (+) Breakfast was good. Front desk is nice. Lobby is clean. I’ve stayed here before and had a good experience.
Cons (-) There are either bed bugs or other bugs in that room. My daughter woke up with multiple bites on her body. This used to be Broadway@tines, but is now Casa Tua. Also, I paid for this room through Kayak and the hotel charged me again... they dealt with it but I’m not organized, so am glad I caught it.

Pros (+) Very quaint, comfortable and great value. I was a bit skeptical at first since this was a last minute booking and the price was very reasonable for NYC. Overall, the room was decent size, mattress was super comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly.

Pros (+) Clean hotel, decent size rooms, excellent location, parking discount a plus, bathroom a decent size for a smaller NYC hotel, staff very friendly, continental breakfast was a plus.
Cons (-) Hallways small but that's expected in a sms NYC hotel, otherwise everything was good.
