Pros (+) The hotel has a great location – close to Broadway, restaurants, breakfast places, and the subway.
Cons (-) As boutique hotels go, this was about average. But the experience was a little weird. The morning of my check in, the hotel send online check-in link which did not work – the message told me they could not find my reservation. I called the hotel and the staff member told me they had my reservation and there was no problem. No explanation as to why the online check-in did not work. When I checked i...

Pros (+) James the concierge was very kind and helpful. He made the experience a 10/10. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. Good service at the bar.

Pros (+) I went with a group to nycc and liked that they had complementary water in the lobby, staff was very helpful and nice. They were also prompt when helping us get more towels and blankets. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfy! The bar downstairs has great bartenders which is also a plus!
Cons (-) The pipes were a little loud at night or whenever someone showered, but other than that everything was great no complaints!

Pros (+) Close to subway, bus station and walking distance to Times Square, many food places. The beds were very comfortable. A bit of a weird smell when entering, and the elevators took their time but overall, we had a great time there. The rooms were small and compact, very comfortable.
