Staff was great! Room was clean. Poor delivery of diamond benefits. No real breakfast service, no premium internet, no digital key, no digital checkout. Housekeeping has to get back to normal once again also. If it's going to have "Double Tree" in the name you'd expect those services. Room was too small also.
