Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to public transport, Central Park, and city attractions. The staff received high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, and many guests noted the cleanliness of both rooms and facilities. Comfortable beds were also mentioned positively. However, a recurring negative was the small size of the rooms, which some found cramped, though this was often expected for New York City. Overall, guests felt the hotel offered good value and a pleasant stay, especially for those prioritizing location and service.AI-generated from customer reviews
