When I came back to check in several hours later I was told a pipe had burst in my room so they put me up at the Hyatt across the street. Very inconvenient for me at 11pm to say the least. Since they were sold out I was moved!!!

Cons (-) Per check in, there were no rooms available. We were sent to a sub standard hotel in which rooms were old, not clean and caused my niece to get hives.
Pros (+) Nice place everything was good, beds were super comfortable and the food was great from room service. Pool was nice and gym adequate
