Pros (+) Staff was very professional, hotel is beachfront and mornings are amazing. And it’s pet friendly!
Cons (-) Old hotel, urgently needing repairs: elevator was out of service both during check-in day and during check-out Day. Bed’s Spring box was broken. AC wall unit leaked and carpet was wet around it. Door lock broke. Ice machine was broken. Cleaning Crew didn’t clean room after we left around noon.
Pros (+) Few kitchen staff such as cutting board,small knife etc. would make it excellent stay.

Pros (+) The staff was very accommodating. Was able to check in early. The room was clean. Right next to a beach and close to Norfolk Naval Base.
Cons (-) Cigarettes all over the place, patio, walkways, etc. The beach is a bay beach that sits just east of the HRBT. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy in places. Not many restaurant options.
Pros (+) Front desk people were great, room great, loved the breakfast, beach and pool.
Cons (-) It's not close to a lot of restaurants but the place called Surfboard Sally's (something with Sally in the name...) was so good.
Pros (+) Great staff--very friendly and helpful. Solid free breakfast, nice beach, and free coffee 24/7 in the lobby was a nice touch.
