I called to confirm reservation 3 hours before pick up, they stated "we don't know if we will have a truck for you" ... they mentioned they would call me at 4 to tell me they didn't have a truck available for me. Only giving me an hour to "find something myself" before everyone else closed at 530. Horrible. Good thing I took the time to call them.6.0 Okay

I booked @ one Enterprise location & asked to pick up at a different Enterprise location much closer to me & the additional drivers. My request was fulfilled. That is excellent customer service!2.0 Poor

Signed up for a Rav 4 Toyota size vehicle for our two person trip but Enterprise did not have one. (We wanted the Rav 4 since I am thinking about buying one with my next auto purchase.) They substituted a larger SUV, Kia Sorrento which was much too big for two people. The car was not ready and the salesperson said it would take 10 minutes to vacuum the car. I waited and when the car was given to me it was dirty. I asked about why the car wasn't washed, he said I could wait longer. We also disputed about the negociated price including insurance cost. I drove the car and then returned it for a (hopefully) full refund, and then drove my own car.Avis

Pros:
I was pretty disappointed with the bad customer service I received and the filthy car Avis provided. The car I rented was beat up. There were a ton of scratches and dents everywhere. The interior had staines and smelled like cigarettes. Worst of all, I was on crutches when I initially picked the vehicle up and the Avis employee would not assist me with the walk round/inspection. As a disabled Air Force veteran, I still live by the code of Integrity first, Service before self and Excellence in all I do so when I'm paying for your services I expect nothing less. Avis doesn't care about their customers or reputation otherwise my experience would've been a lot better. I will be sure to share my experience with my organization (Fort Sam Houston military installation) so that we don't make the mistake of wasting tax dollars on businesses like Avis.Budget
