Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location, good breakfast options, and friendly, helpful staff. Many appreciate the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, outdated furnishings, and maintenance problems in rooms and bathrooms. Some guests also note that the hotel does not fully meet four-star expectations, with complaints about air conditioning, noise, and value for price. Overall, the positives are the location, breakfast, and service, while cleanliness and upkeep need improvement.
