Pros (+) A decent hotel for a reasonable rate in the heart of Liverpool. Staff are helpful and it is clean
Cons (-) Reception area..it looks very basic and grubby. Why do Novotel have the toilet all by itself and then you must go into another room to wash your hands. Very annoying
