Cons (-) Housekeeping service was inconsistent (as the other person said). Had to ask for clean sheets, but she told us she's out and left. We felt like cleaning lady was not interested in cleaning the room. We had to call housekeeping and the other crew took care of the room. No roof on the balcony on the top floor - seriously (kind of bummer during ).

Cons (-) Difficulty in making reservation & in getting a fixed price! Surly staff person at check-in. Gave us room on floor 5, despite request for higher floor. Room had a second queen-size bed: why?? No chair, other than straight-back for desk. No place to watch TV except from 2nd bed. Noisy fridge and blower in bathroom. Pros (+) Winter prices are amazing compared to their summer rates. Everything was extremely clean and the the view from our 7th floor room was outstanding.
